You get what you pay for... the frame points (the black tacks in the back) broke after us bending them open and closed less than 5 times.

The frame arrived broken
The frame arrived broken. It took several attempts for the company to acknowledge this. I still have not received a replacement.

I had to touch up the inside corners…
I had to touch up the inside corners where the paper did not cover the frame. Other than that, it worked for my fused glass piece.

Frames are lovely
Frames are lovely, everything fits well. My only problem was opening the package that had so much tape and huge staples that I was concerned with injuring my new frames before I could see them.

First time and last time ordering from this website. The protection sheet from the glass is impossible to remove. The paper separated from the protection and we cannot see through the glass. I've never seen such a bad product. $110 out of the window.

Vincent, we stand behind the product and would hate for you to discard something that can still be used as intended. The glazing is shipped with protective film on both sides, and both layers need to be fully removed for it to become clear. If you’ve removed the film from both sides and there’s still a problem, please email your order number and pictures showing the issue to cs@arttoframe.com and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.
Great customer service for damaged goods
Although my frame first arrived shattered, the ArtToFrames customer service team was very helpful and responsive, and they ordered me a replacement frame free of charge. I have the second frame, in great condition, and am very happy!
