Artivive Arvostelua 21

Finally getting round to making a public project with Artivive as my main AR Augmented Reality tool. I really appreciate the ease of using the program combined with great features that allow anyone to focus on their art making with minimal technical fuss or bother. The support is super responsive and helpful back up too! This is the current link for the work in progress on this project-"Welcome to the jungle! A jungle of flowers, edible plants, mysterious creatures. An electronic jungle, a concrete jungle, a magical jungle.
What kind of jungle can you imagine?" The project will include workshops with children visualising the imagined jungles and live performed digital animation and music concert.

Eu comprei o pacote pró por 99 reais para ter 5 mil visualizações sem marca d'água e o status do meu plano continua no basic e com marcadagua. Estou com uma exposição super importante no Museu Nacional da República e meu trabalho que depende da visualização do público esta com problemas e o suporte da empresa não resolve. Já mandei prints do pagamento e dos problemas e nada acontece. Muito desagradável e desonesto, porque paguei pelo serviço. Cinstrangedor no museu...

Too expensive

I signed up for the free trial to test the platform. I never received any reminder before the trial ended, yet my company card was charged without warning.

When I contacted support, they claimed a reminder was sent — but I never got one. The service wasn’t used beyond the trial, but they still refused a refund, hiding behind their terms and conditions.

It feels like they rely on people forgetting to cancel. Very disappointing and not a company I’d trust or recommend.

Artists and creatives BEWARE. Proceed with caution. This service charges you even if you don’t use it, and refunds are impossible to obtain—even after requesting and cancellation, a terrible practice for a software business in 2025 when accounts can be disabled in a matter of seconds by apush of a button. Their approach feels rigid and out of touch with the artist and creative community.

The platform itself is quite basic, and alternatives like Snapchat AR or 8th Wall may offer better value.

Customer support appears to be a single person, leading to slow response times (often a day or more). There’s no alternative contact method—no call-in number, and their online chat is just a non-functional bot.

Overall, a frustrating experience. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.

My experience with Artivive, since 2019, has been great. My augmented reality artwork has gained popularity and since using this medium it has brought recognition to my work as an animator. Artivive has been very supportive to artists by providing open calls and exhibition opportunities. Their service is friendly and they are very responsive to any email enquiry.
The Artivive Bridge website is very user friendly. A project can be created in minutes and ready to view on the Artivive App. It is one of the best tools I have used to enhance my artwork.

It is a great place to start your immersive experience with AR.

This platform was able to convey the concept that maybe a painting alone cannot convey. In addition to taking your art to a higher level, this program can bring new audiences to your art. With the help of this platform, contacts can interact with you and your art and even make contacts who are not art lovers interested in your art and content. As a digital artist, I think this style of art is necessary in the new century.

Artive is an amazing app. I have been using it since the beginning. One of the best sides is that it works internationally. In countries such as China, where Youtube videos were blocked, I could show the videos through the app at my exhibition in Tsingtao. I really enjoy the app and for many observers it feels like magic. I have my own art gallery and my visitors are always impressed by the app.

This is a great website! It offers an opportunity for struggling artists to add a special AR element to their artworks, which viewers can experience through a free mobile phone. Instructions for uploading images and animations are easy to follow. It gave my recent exhibition a real lift. The Artivive people are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
