I placed an order for a mount to my helmet. My helmets specific mount was found to be out of stock after I had purchased it. The amazing member of the support team that helped me not only at first included a free "Flexible Adhesive Mount" but after speaking to them about my situation they swapped it for express shipping.
I'm not one to write reviews but the customer service was too good!

The Customer Service is very great
The Customer Service is very great. After having a Lot of trouble (not the fault from ChinMounts) they still refund me my Money from my Product. I would buy from them if i get a new Helmet and need a new mount.

Effortless Order Changes
This is my second order with Chin Mounts! I have two mounts already and need more for my new helmets! I ordered another chin mount and mount clip, when I realized after I completed my order, I needed two chin mounts instead! So I reached out and within minutes someone from their team contacted me. They removed the mount clip and added the second chin mount I needed, and sent me the new invoice. Made the changes for my order no problem with very little needed on my end!
