I received two chairs they were broken
I received two chairs they were broken. The pumps didn’t work and they leaked. I received only one mat the other one shows lost and I asked for a refund and never got it. I asked for replacement pumps and never got them.

Great looking excelent quality chairs
Everything was super smooth. The transaction, the search on the website, and their prices were competitive. The quality of the chairs is excellent; they're very sturdy and solid. They look durable. They were somewhat put together so there were just about 4 pieces to put together. The packing was also very well done. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Ordering/shipping times and product quality
Ordering process and shipping times were great. I only give a 4 star due to the vanity I ordered being slightly damaged on corners (probably due to shipping) and a couple of pre drilled holes not lining up on the vanity and the barber chair. However, chair seems sturdy and functions well. I guess the test of time will be the ultimate factor though.
