I can't speak for their entire catalog, but the titles I’ve watched—an eclectic bunch—clearly demonstrate how exceptional this team is at remastering. It’s a genuine joy to pop in a disc whose transfer quality actually does justice to a carefully curated setup and pushes the hardware to its absolute limit.

I had a preorder for a stranger things complete 4k deluxe edition months ago. I checked on the order 8 days ago and it said it shipped. Everyday I checked because their carrier was one I had never heard of. Everyday the package stayed in the same spot for 8 days. I first sent an email to the carrier and no response after a few days. Sent an email to Arrow Video, got a response in less than 12 hours. And upon investigating the issue, they discovered that the carrier lost my package in transit. Or in other words someone probably took it. It don’t just show up missing for no reason. So Arrow entertainment apologized for this encounter and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I wanted a replacement and have since gave them nothing but awesome feedback back.

Arrow sells movies on disk and they convert old movies to DVD/Blu-Ray/4k from the best film stock available, (similar to Shout Factory). Great quality movies and few issues. Several times that I preordered movies, Arrow said there were "Payment Issues" when it was close to the release date of the Preordered movies. I could not find any issues with my payment companies. Arrow makes you submit a new payment for you to actually get you preorders. (I am not sure what they are thinking). I do recommend Arrow.

Recently bought a few of their blurays. They were all well packed and the mailer box arrived at my address intact, however one of the viva bluray cases in the box was smashed and missing a big chunk with no sign of the missing pieces of plastic when I opened the plastic wrap surrounding that particular title. Contacted their CS and was given store credit to the value of the damaged case. Couldn't say fairer than that.

Pre ordered a bluray, item was shipped and went through an unknown delivery service, Uniuni. Delivery date was missed and after contacting Uniuni support a week and some later they closed ticket citing the estimate was actually the day before I thought, couldn't provide an estimate or info what going on, and then they closed ticket.

Reached out to Arrow, told package was lost and a replacement was sent which arrived a week later.

Fast forward a month receive original from Uniuni in a box that looked repackaged and item had rip on case.

Contacted Arrow about return and am being charged 10 dollars for return delivery with USPS.

Should have read online reviews prior to ordering as very unhappy with everything
