We also appreciate your comments regarding shipping. Unfortunately, the price to ship anything these days has drastically increased. We pride ourselves on quick and reliable shipping, but we need to adjust our prices to better represent courier and shipping costs while maintaining reliability. I hope this helps explain our logic; we continue to offer free shipping for orders over £100.

Had to go and buy a walking rucksack for the first time in ages. Charlie was friendly, helpful and knew a lot about the different brands and I left a satisfied customer with a new rucksack. I've also bought smaller things like socks from them before and they're always really helpful

Great customer service! Tyler at Nomad took time to answer my queries and was knowledgeable about the products and had worn both. Unfortunately, I had to return the Danner Jags as they didn't suit, but the refund was immediate. Buy with confidence from this independent store.

Excellent service from Charlie at Nomad after faulty Danner boots purchased. Charlie reassured me that they were under warranty and resolved the issue replacing them and providing a gift from Danner as compensation. Many thanks for sorting this all out so painlessly.
