Great support! Good plugin

Was interested in inquiring about the product for the premium version and the support was very responsive and great. Answered all my questions and was very helpful. So far the plugin seems to function good and has several helpful features including calendar integration, event schedules etc. Thank you.

I bought the license for Eventin pro…

I bought the license for Eventin pro and it's a great plugin with lots of features. It also integrates nicely with WooCommerce, the Divi theme and builder. It’s very convenient that you can easily schedule recurring events. I initially had some issues with the Dutch translation, but thanks to Saiful everything is now working perfectly.

I received excellent support — quick, clear, and very professional. The team helped set up my event page, configured everything perfectly, and made the whole process incredibly smooth. I really appreciate the helpful guidance and friendly communication. Highly recommended!

Still I'm trying the service
the free version is good but still missing some important features

Update: I've tried the demo and I got 404 error page not found in the page of shortcode
I told the customer service with the issue and there is no response, so 2 stars is too much for the currupt demo, 1 star is fair

Enttäuschend, irreführend beworben und miserabler Umgang mit Refunds

Ich habe Eventin Pro gekauft, weil mehrere Funktionen klar beworben wurden – unter anderem eine funktionierende WooCommerce-Integration, E-Mail-Verifikation für Teilnehmer und erweiterte Anpassungsmöglichkeiten. Nichts davon hat in meinem Fall wie beschrieben funktioniert.

Nach dem Kauf wurde schnell klar:
– Die WooCommerce-Integration läuft nur teilweise oder gar nicht so, wie es auf der Website dargestellt wird.
– E-Mail-Verifikation für Teilnehmer funktionierte nicht.
– Wichtige Layout- und Anpassungsoptionen, die als Pro-Features beworben werden, waren entweder nicht funktionsfähig oder schlicht nicht vorhanden.

Der Support bestand darauf, Zugriff auf meine Webseite zu bekommen – für mich völlig ausgeschlossen. Ich gebe keinem unbekannten Unternehmen aus einem Nicht-EU-Land Backend-Zugang zu einem Live-System voller personenbezogener Daten. Datenschutz und Sicherheit scheinen dort jedenfalls keine Priorität zu haben.

Statt mein Widerrufsrecht anzuerkennen, wurde ich erst tagelang hingehalten und in ein Support-Ping-Pong gedrängt. Erst nach deutlicher Fristsetzung und unter Hinweis auf mein EU-Widerrufsrecht wurde der Refund plötzlich doch ohne Probleme ausgeführt.

Mein Fazit:
Wer ein Plugin erwartet, das die beworbenen Funktionen zuverlässig liefert, sollte sich gut überlegen, ob Eventin Pro die richtige Wahl ist. Die Produktdarstellung und die tatsächliche Funktionalität lagen bei mir weit auseinander, und der Umgang mit Refunds war alles andere als professionell.

Ich bin froh, dass ich mein Geld zurückbekommen habe – aber empfehlen kann ich dieses Produkt nach meiner Erfahrung definitiv nicht.

1. WooCommerce attendee verification is available
Eventin already provides attendee validation through WooCommerce.
You can require that only logged-in users are allowed to purchase event tickets, which ensures identity verification and prevents anonymous purchases. Many of our users rely on this as their attendee verification workflow.

2. Event & ticket layouts are fully customizable
Eventin includes customizable templates for:

Event layout

Ticket layout

Certificate layout

All of these can be edited visually and adjusted without coding.
So when you say the advertised customization options do not exist, this is not accurate. They do exist, and thousands of users configure them every day.

3. About backend access
Requesting temporary access is standard practice in the plugin industry, including across the EU.
We support customers from all regions, including large numbers from EU countries, who safely provide temporary staging access whenever they face environment-specific issues. This helps us investigate plugin conflicts, hosting limitations, or configuration problems that cannot be diagnosed from screenshots alone.

There is no policy violation, and we strictly follow privacy and security practices.
But without any access, we could only guess what was happening on your system.

4. Possible misunderstanding
It seems many of the concerns may have come from miscommunication or incorrect assumptions rather than missing features. We would really appreciate the chance to show you everything in a live support session.

I’ve been using the free version of…

I’ve been using the free version of Eventin on a small WordPress site, and overall I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how much functionality it offers without needing to upgrade. Setting it up was pretty simple, and the interface feels clean and easy to understand, even if you’re not super experienced with WordPress plugins.

Overall, its a strong, reliable plugin if you need a simple event management solution. The support team was really friendly and helpful too!
