Ordered what I thought was a quilt and is more like a blanket and a horrible one at that , looks nothing like the picture on the site … would never never recommend!!!

I ordered a $100 full king set of sheets and comforter. 8 weeks later I received two flat sheets and two pillow cases. Very cheap and they do not allow refunds or returns. Save your money.

If I could give this place zero I would..never felt so ripped off or betrayed…will never get money back for this fake mute Boston bag by bts

Scam, scam, did not receive all of what the order description was. Only received 1 sheet & 2 pillow case and paid $98.00. You can only email them, cannot speak to customers service at all. My return was totally denied. I will be filing a complaint and take action with a lawyer.

I have ordered several things from this shop, and most have arrived. They're pretty clearly knockoffs, but I knew that going in. They have still been decent quality. However, there has been one item that has been stuck at "your order is confirmed" since January. I emailed customer service to see when it would ship, and all they will tell me is "we have a strict 30 day refund and replacement policy."

Um... I realize that. What I WANT is for you to send me the item that I paid for, that you accepted payment for, that you have a TRACKING number for, that you are STILL SELLING on your website. Not a replacement, not a refund, the actual item.

I am so frustrated because I HAVE gotten my merch from them before and it has been fine. But this is ridiculous.

I purchased with the understanding that it is an official army bomb. It is a fan made fake and they are charging authentic prices for them. I contacted customer service after realizing this and they refused to refund me. I literally emailed 7 days after placing my order so it hadn't even shipped yet. This would be fine if they were being upfront about it, but they're not. BUYER BEWARE these are FAKE lightsticks! What legit business would make someone keep an item they don't want, never used/touched/opened, and refuse a refund? Frauds that's who.

Ordered in December of 2021 and never got it. Was told I would get a refund and that's the last I heard. Don't buy! I spent almost 100 bucks

I ordered something on December 2nd 2021 and it now is February 6th 2022 and i haven't received any information regarding my order i have emailed them 9 times and no response back armymerchshop.com is totally a scam website beware

Haven't got any information on my package yet n order it on Dec 1 2021 they keep telling me they might send me a tracking number so I guess I lost 60 dollars scam I will never order from them again theifs

Beware this is a scam. No products shipped. No communication after purchase. What a ripoff. Bunch of pos thieves.

I placed a £55 order with this website and I received one part of it. I have not received anything else, I have lost £40 and they refuse to refund me. I have exchanged dozens of emails with customer service and they just keep asking me to be patient. Now they ignore me. Do not waste your time or money with this website.
