I ordered a pair of work utility pants and the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. First, the delivery took nearly three weeks, which is far longer than expected. When the pants finally arrived, they looked nothing like the product advertised online—completely different in quality and appearance.
To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was told I’d have to pay half the item’s price just to return it, plus an additional restocking fee. That’s completely unreasonable, especially considering the product was not as described.
Overall, very disappointing service and misleading advertising. I would not recommend buying from this company.

The customer service team were quick to respond and offered to replace these with a different pair of trousers. However, considering these are nothing like the product advertised, and their email reply state ‘they are as supplied’. I have asked for a refund as the website states ‘a money back guarantee’ however they are trying to charge me the cost of the return plus a 30% restocking fee!!

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Ordered two pairs of utility trousers, went off their sizing chart & then went a size up for comfort. When the trousers finally arrived ( very long delay) I came to try them on and they wouldn't go beyond my knees. I requested a refund and I would return trousers, but they wanted to charge me another 50% on top of what the trousers cost me. Eventually they came to refunding 30% of order & keep the trousers. NEVER buy from this seller, TOTAL SCAM

Slow service No delivery , said on website low stock if you can order we have it, but when you order it is coming from china not London . Keep sending discount code despite the fact you haven't even had your first delivery, saw the positive reviews and I suspect they are fakes because none of it bares out what I experienced. Said it was out for delivery but then stayed like that for well over two weeks so contacted them and was told must be an issue. Did not resolve so got credit card to claim back the money, would not touch this company with a barge pole Says London based but from experience I don't believe they even have stock in the UK it is being sent from China according to the tracking but never arrives, Nothing but a scam shop from my experience and despite their claims of having the items available to order they clearly don't. I would not advise anyone to buy from here at all

This is not a company to be trusted
The item supplied was a cheap, poor quality imitation of the item advertised. The fabric, style and quality were no consistent with the item that I ordered. The returns policy is quite appalling, they try to offer just 50% refund and you then keep the nasty item supplied. Or insist that you pay for guaranteed return post to the far east, the cost of which is prohibitive. I suspect the return policy scam is ultimatley how they derive their income as the product is worthless. Do not be fooled by the use of the word London in the title. This is not a UK company. Avoid at all costs. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The seller ships the product from China and expect you to return a product back, even though is a different product of wrong size, on your expense.
Return process is bordering illegal.

so no matter what, you pay full price for a product that is not what is shown, and then you pay a restocking fee?!?!! and the postage again?!!?!

They also have the audacity to reply to this reviews and say sorry, we will make it better. If I knew what to do about this I would report it. Obvious scam.
