Bought a BMW from ARJ motors, was a seamless process from start to finish. Very knowledgeable team who answered all my questions. Car was spotless and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend buying with ARJ motors.

Amazing customer service really happy with my vehicle!

Had a great experience with ARJ, would definitely recommend, came down to look at a BMW X2 and drove away with it that day whilst also managing to part exchange my car at a very fair price point. Very knowledgeable and helpful team.

I had a really good experience with ARJ Motors from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly, respectful and polite. I felt listened to and was given all the information I needed, all with lots of time and no pressure. The young man who went on a test drive with me was lovely and explained everything to me that I needed to know. The young woman who dealt with the paperwork was also extremely helpful and personable. I was impressed with how well the cars are looked after here compared with other dealerships I visited, and I felt there is a general atmosphere of care there. The car I chose had a very good track record, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Can’t fault these guys at all I turned up un announced know what car I wanted to look at they gave me the key let me inspect the car there and then and I asked for a test drive booked in for the weekend, the car was fully cleaned and spot on ready to go. After a test drive and very helpful staff I bought a car I absolutely love. Little to there knowledge my mrs is in the motor trade I took it for a full inspection and the car is 100% spot on emissions engine the lot would recommend anytime one happy Audi buyer.

I came to ARJ Motors after seeing two of their cars online. I test drove both, I picked my favourite and purchased it that day. 2 hours later the car was delivered to my doorstep! Thank you to the team at ARJ.

Buying a car through ARJ motors was a really easy and smooth experience. They were very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the vehicle, and giving me transparent purchasing options. I would definitely reccomend buying through them.

Very nice people to deal with, would definitely buy from them again , car was very well presented and a very smooth transaction,, thank you very much !!

I travelled a long way to this dealership and it was all worthwhile, the staff are lovely and very welcoming. The car was washed and cleaned before I got there which is a nice addition. Would definitely recommend to everyone

Great experience buying my Polo from ARJ Motors. The team was very professional, prompt to respond to queries and helpful. The car was immaculately clean and well presented and the buying process was made easy. Overall I was very happy dealing with them and very happy with my purchase.

Overall experience was excellent. I spotted a car I liked, test drove it the next day, and bought it a couple of days later after a smooth part-ex at the same dealership. No hassle, just friendly customer service and genuinely nice people. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back. 🙂

I brought a 1 series BMW. The service was excellent and o would recommend the garage to anyone looking to buy a car. The lady we dealt with was very professional and polite. Give it 100%

A few weeks ago, I bought a Jaguar EX from ARJ Motors, and it’s been nothing but trouble since. Just two days after driving it, I noticed the front left panel had been resprayed, and the bonnet and bumper lines were misaligned. The left parking sensor started acting up, and the headlamp washer jet on that side didn’t work either. It was obvious the car had been in a previous collision—something the garage claimed to know nothing about.
I returned to the dealership to have the parking sensor and washer jet fixed. They told me they’d order the parts on Monday. When I called to follow up, the person I spoke to was incredibly rude. When I matched his tone, he challenged me to come down and speak to him in person if I had a problem.
At that point, I contacted the finance company and returned the car.
If you’re considering buying a Jaguar EX with reg BN68 OXU from ARJ Motors, make sure any promised work has been completed before you drive off. I wouldn’t recommend this garage to anyone. They told me they don’t respray cars on-site, yet I saw a BMW in their workshop fully masked and clearly prepped for painting. When I asked about it, they claimed it was just being polished—but after my experience, I didn’t believe a word of it.

They also claimed the Jaguar had been serviced before I picked it up, but just 1,000 miles later, the oil level was at the minimum. Please check their reviews on Trustpilot before doing business with them. In my opinion, they’re not to be trusted.

On the 2nd of May I purchased a Mercedes AMG premium plus I was very satisfied with the service that I received. It was very caring and professional. They help me get on the road legally with insurance MOT road tax. I will highly recommend this company to anybody that I speak to The staff was very good. I am completely satisfied with the outcome of my experience with them second and none

I recently purchased a car from Arjmotors and had a very positive experience. The process was efficient and straightforward, with the team ensuring that everything was clearly explained. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly, which made the transaction smooth and hassle-free.

The customer service at Arjmotors was excellent. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, providing valuable insights that helped me make an informed decision. They genuinely cared about my satisfaction and took the time to understand my needs.

One of the highlights of my experience was the test drive. The team at Arj Motors made sure I was comfortable and familiar with the vehicle before we set off. They provided a detailed overview of the car's features and performance, which was incredibly helpful. The test drive itself was enjoyable and gave me a great feel for the car, ultimately confirming my decision to purchase.

I'm very pleased with the quality of the vehicle I purchased. Arj Motors has set a high standard for car dealerships, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable.

I can only comment on my experience, just bought a Mercedes c200 coupe in great condition and a fair trade in on my car. All the staff were great there was a couple of issues with the car that I was told about and when I picked the car up all the work was done. They had even washed and polished the car. And a big thank you too the two girls in the office who were very helpfull and made the whole process very easy, and very professional.

Recently bought a Discovery from ARJ, really friendly staff and a nice dealer to work with. Good communication, making the whole process very easy. Would happily buy from them again.

I bought a BMW X1 from ARJ MOTORS a month ago. The whole process was excellent: from initial call to sorting an appointment to viewing/test driving to fair PEx valuation to purchase without any hard sell at a fair price. The whole team were great, thank you. One month on, I’m enjoying the car and there have been no issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.
