He installed a new fuse box, several plug sockets, downlights, and a floodlight at the back door. Throughout the entire process, he kept checking in with us to make sure we were happy with every step before moving forward. His advice and guidance were spot-on and really helped us feel confident in the work being done.

On top of that, he went above and beyond when finding a live wire in our loft coming from the neighbours side, speaking to them directly to make sure it was made safe. We’re really grateful for his professionalism and attention to detail.

Had a new oven and hob fitted. The job took longer than expected as the fit for the hob was too tight. The electrician took literally millimetres off the existing worktop and continued until the hob fitted well.

Archer electrical is an amazing company all the guys are so helpful and knowledgeable you are in very safe hands, we had a terrible house fire and had to have so much work to be done. We saw other work chris had done and so asked him to give us a quote for the insurance company based on his work kindness and knowledge we asked if he could do all the work which as it always dose it turned into a much bigger job then we first thought as the fire had done alot of damage we couldn't see at first but Chris Alex and Dan just worked hard sorting and fixing everything all so my family could get home as fast as possible they are beyond amazing Above and beyond dose not cover it. They gave us back our home and made me feel safe again which as you can imagine there are no words or stars big enough to express my gratitude for that and them

Arches electrical were prompt in responding to my initial enquiry. Although I was only having a relatively small job carried out they happily answered my many questions. I was given helpful advice regarding selecting the item to be fitted.

The day the work was being carried out the guy doing the work phoned to let me know he was going to be a little later than scheduled even though it was a relatively short delay. This was helpful and appreciated (and he arrived at the time he said he would).

As the work was being undertaken there was a minor complication (not due to Archers) and the guy doing the work discussed the options I could choose. The work was carried out and left clean and tidy.

When the invoice arrived it was less than the original quote and it was explained the alternative option I chose was a cheaper.

Bearing in mind I was only having a small domestic job undertaken I feel the customer service was as good as if I were a customer having a much bigger job done.

I would highly recommend Archers Electrical and I would use them again.
