Unparalleled customer service!
I big thank you to Andy for helping me with my order where I had incorrectly ordered a number of items that either wouldn't fit properly or I had accidentally ordered more than I needed. I called him 10 minutes before the shop closed to try to leave a message for tomorrow so I could correct the problem, but instead of locking up and going home he called back immediately and went through the whole order to check it over with me so I wouldn't worry. He also spent the time going through different options in case I hadn't thought about it.
The box arrived the next day well packed and everything was present and correct.
Andy, you set a very high bar for customer service and I cannot thank you enough. The 5 stars for this company are well earned and I would recommend it to anyone.

Vastaus yritykseltä Arcade World UK
Hello - Thank you for your review. We were unaware that you have any issue with the products ordered as we have not received any email or notification from you asking for help with a product. It is very unlikely that the buttons are at fault and more likely to be wiring issue or PCB fault. If you email sales and explain the exact issue with your setup, we will try and help. We are always here to help out customers and we ask that you contact us first to ask for help before leaving a review, without giving us the chance to help you. Kind Regards Andy AWUK
