I've recently bought a Qanba Drone 2 from these guys which arrived swiftly and in immaculate condition. I'm excited to begin my arcade stick journey with them.

Ideal company.

Quick delivery. Low stock, but if you can find what you’re after the quality of parts is fantastic. I’d recommend them if you need arcade parts.

Fast, personable service

Arcade World have always been incredibly reliable for me and my friends over the years. Most recently I pre-ordered the Qanba Obsidian 2 but I made an error by including a previous address for shipping. I received a friendly response to my panicked email almost immediately, the entire situation was resolved within five minutes, alongside a helpful update on the status of the order. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Delighted.

Exceptional on a mammoth scale!

Was in need of assistance, as well as advice. Was given the best in all departments. Never had any doubt at any time. Did not try to oversell or anything in that manner. It's very good to see that companies like this are sticking to their core value of customer service, going beyond to help me. Amazing work by the team. miles above the rest, on a mammoth scale!

Was a bit unsure of legitimacy but order went fine. Shipping happened the day after the order. Joystick (ultrastik 360) had a slight production defect (the magnet holder part of the shaft wasn't machined propperly so it I had to take a metal file to it so it fit) however can't blame the retailer for that.
