Absolutely fantastic customer service - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really fast replies. The device was delivered faster than expected and, although I'm only three weeks into the first six week cycle, there is a huge improvement in my torn hip tendon and pain from arthritis in my knee and ankle has reduced. Currently skiing and ski touring and managing better than expected. I think this is going to be a really good answer to my health issues. Also, really easy to set up and use.

This machine has changed my health for the better. It's has improved my long COVID symptoms, joint pain and muscle aches. I also feel like my brain fog symptoms have improved since using the product.

I have marked improvement in mobility, hand strength and overall energy since using the product.

My previously abnormal inflammatory markers, though still raised have come down since using the product and I am hopeful for the next follow up blood test.

Customer service is excellent, with knowledgeable, friendly contact when appropriate.

The strap for the product was a bit snug for me, as a plus size person but still usable.

Easy to use as per instructions.

I would recommend this product.

This company is brilliant. They kept in touch during initial delays due to demand and the device has brought much relief. It’s easy to use and brings results. I suffer from nerve damage after an operation and crps which is very painful and this has helped alleviate a lot of the symptoms.

6weeks. Noticed big improvement in some ME/CFS symptoms ( 40 years of chronic fatigue). Less pain and crushing fatigue. Sleeping better and I don’t wake up feeling awful. Mood better, less weepy. Manage to stay awake longer. I do several programs a day. Would recommend. Bought ARC’s for both of my sons( ADD and ME). Early days but they have both noticed improvements

Due to the high demand for the product, delivery was substantially delayed. I've used the gadget following the instructions in the booklet. I bought it to help with my pain. I am definitely taking fewer painkillers. My sleep has also improved.

I am now on my fifth week of using Arc 4 health and can honestly say that after the first week I noticed I had better stamina in the gym and swimming pool. I had been suffering from long covid and found I was getting breathless just going out for a walk. I have also noticed that after a recent head cold I had no blocked sinuses which normally always happens to me. Very easy to use and programmes are easy to understand.

Because of the massive interest in the product there was a delay in receiving it but the company apologised for this and explained when I could expect to take delivery. They kept me regularly updated and I duly received my purchase exactly on time. Too early to judge the results yet.

This little machine has made a difference in my pain levels. It’s a bit too early to comment on anything else it does

Great product, easy to use and a game changer in terms of my fatigue following long covid (for the last 6 months). I have just completed my 3rd week and feel like I have freedom back again. Long covid was disabling for me, I had to consider every activity and what impact it would have. For example a short walk of 25 minutes (usually with a few sit down stops) could leave me depleted for a couple of days. In the last week I have been for 2 swims, a long walk (no stops) and a 90 minute shopping trip with no fatigue. Amazing! I am now confident I can build up my fitness again and rejoin the life that was normal for me pre covid. Thank you Arc!

I have been using the arc4health for nearly 3 weeks, as yet I feel no different, it’s too early to know yet. My complaint is the strap! It’s not easy to fasten on the arm with one hand, by the time it’s tight enough not to slide down the leg or arm it’s too tight! It should be more adjustable, just Velcro no buckle, maybe 2 straps allowing for the difference in size of the leg or arm where it’s placed. I have to but a bandage round it if using it on my leg, that or I can’t move for 3 hours as it falls down. This needs to be looked at by the company to see if improvements can be made.

Excellent customer service. Continuous updates were given on the progress of my order. The fact that there would be a delay in fulfilling the order was clearly given at the outset before purchase due to demand but that was fine and I felt very well informed throughout

The Arc4Health has been very beneficial to me for tissue repair following injury and also for pain. It is easy to use and recharge. The company were very good at communication and updating me on the progress of my order despite the fact that they were experiencing high demand for their product. It was well worth the wait and I never doubted that it would arrive as promised.

After reading the reviews about this, and being a chronic pain sufferer due to multi level disc degeneration and bone disease, I bit the bullet and ordered this... its not cheap so I read as much about it as I could, I had to wait 4 months as due to high demand the company had to restock, during this time they updated me frequently as to the status of my order, the customer service is second to none, and it finally arrived a week ago, beautifully wrapped and packaged, I set it up immediately, and have used it religiously since. This has been for me A GAME CHANGER! I could list the improvements to my overall pain and health here but it would be a very long list, so suffice to say, to anyone considering it.. its not cheap but it's small and absolutely MIGHTY. Thank you so much to the makers and distributors of this little power house

Helps with my neuropathy pain. Use it every day. A well made and packaged product. Worth the wait after Mail on Sunday article.

I have had chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia for many years and have been using the arc machine for 2 weeks now and so far the reduction in pain is amazing, hope it continues.
Customer service is excellent.

I bought the Arc4Health to try to relieve my pain from nerve damage caused by shingles the condition is called PHN
It has not been successful for me to date but I am persevering in hope
PHN is particularly hard to treat
I feel guilty for giving a low score as I’m sure it does a lot of good on many conditions
I will review again when my condition improves

Superb service from ARC, excellent communications and the parcel was SO well wrapped. The actual ''gadget'' looks and feels very well made, and the instructions are clear.

This little device has been an absolute game changer with my long covid symptoms. I worked through the five week programme and from that identified that I felt best whilst on programme 2, chronic pain. I spoke to the very helpful customer service team at arc who explained to me that the pain settings reduce inflammation - so this made perfect sense to me as I know that inflammation is driving my long covid symptoms. I now use both programmes 2 and 4 every day and I feel great.
I have gone from having several days a week where I found it hard to pick my feet up, was plagued with brain fog and needed to sleep every single lunchtime (amongst other delightful long covid symptoms) to living far closer to normal life as most of the time I am now completely symptom free. I walk normally, I stay awake all day, I think clearly. When I am symptom free I feel better than ever. My symptoms now really only come up if I push myself too far - but that is now a big push (and that for me is things that I know trigger my over active immune response or something that really pushes me like a really long journey - a 7 hour train journey did it for e.g.). If they do come up and I put the machine on I bounce back so much quicker.
I’m back at work, able to work overtime, socialising again, doing everything I need to at home and most importantly being there for my family. It’s not a cure but this little machine has given me and my family so so much back from where I started. I do use medication alongside it to calm my immune response but I brought the machine in separately from the medication and the difference really has been game changing. I wouldn’t be without it - literally a lifeline!

Just to say the company has been great in keeping me updated with the order from 5 months ago I knew it would be a long haul after the Daily Mail article overwhelmed the company with orders and they explained the situation. Cannot say anything about the product only received today.But the company is obviously a decent one
