The company took over fully the responsibility of our bat licence and liaising with Natural England. The surveyors were always friendly, approachable and very professional. I always felt that I was getting an excellent service.

Merry Anderson is a true professional
Merry is a true professional. She spoke with great sensitivity and yet clarity about the bat roost in my roof and enabled me to grasp the conservation issues in relation to the sale of my property. I also learned a lot. I cannot recommend her more highly.

We are a charity that spent thousands…
We are a charity that spent thousands with Arbtech. We wanted a recalculation of a report they did urgently, they sent us the old report and then delayed the new one. The recalculation figures were also the same. An awful experience.

Your review is not accurate. You paid for next working day report which we completed but it contained an error which we rectified immediately. As this caused us to release the report the next day instead we refunded you the difference between the next working day and standard timeframe.

I have used Arbtech several times and…
I have used Arbtech several times and like to think I am an established Client. The Consuotants are always on the ball, very professional and efficient. No complaints with the that at all.
The only annoying aspect is that as an established Client, you have to go through the very tedious exercise of survey booking forms with every new job. There must be an easier way of dealing with this.
