What is AQ Online?
The ultimate spot for haircare and beauty products online. Shop with ease and convenience for your straight, wavy, curly, coily and kinky hair. Don’t let us convince you! Come and see for yourself.
About AQ Online
AQ online stands for Afro Quarter Online. We are a black-owned company based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. We always had a deep passion for textured kinky hair and a drive to try a range of different products.
After numerous unpleasant experiences both in-store and online. We decided to make a change and create a space for people of colour.
This change was particularly important to us because we wanted to see more people who looked like us sell our products with the right information and knowledge and expertise.
That is why AQ Online was built on the quote "Be the change you want to see"
Our aim
We aim to contribute positively to our community by being a leading black-owned retailer. The black lives matter movement is at the core of what we do and we aim to provide transparency and safe products at your doorstep.

Vastaus yritykseltä Afroquarter
Hi Althea,
I am deeply disappointed that you were unhappy with our service and frankly surprised because we have been liaising and promptly replying to you via email regarding the delay in your Hermes order.
I sent an email only yesterday to confirm if you had received your order since we hadn't heard from you since our last.
I have taken note of this feedback and will reassess our approach for delayed orders to ensure customers feel reassured throughout the process.
Hopefully, you can give us a second chance🙏🏾
Warmest regards,
Tasha

Paddle Comb
This is the first time I've used Afro Quarter and I can honestly say it won't be the last time. Their service was quick and efficient. I've not used the paddle Comb as yet but it feels like a quality product and does not look like it will snag on your hair
