What is AQ Online?

The ultimate spot for haircare and beauty products online. Shop with ease and convenience for your straight, wavy, curly, coily and kinky hair.  Don’t let us convince you! Come and see for yourself.

About AQ Online

AQ online stands for Afro Quarter Online. We are a black-owned company based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. We always had a deep passion for textured kinky hair and a drive to try a range of different products.

After numerous unpleasant experiences both in-store and online. We decided to make a change and create a space for people of colour.

This change was particularly important to us because we wanted to see more people who looked like us sell our products with the right information and knowledge and expertise.

That is why AQ Online was built on the quote "Be the change you want to see"

Our aim

We aim to contribute positively to our community by being a leading black-owned retailer. The black lives matter movement is at the core of what we do and we aim to provide transparency and safe products at your doorstep.

Wouldn’t recommend from this seller

Unsure if the product was stored incorrectly or it was expired but texture/consistency of the gel was off. I am familiar with how it should be as I’ve been buying it for years but for £45 I expect it to work. I even bought another bottle from a different store afterwards as it didn’t work very well. The new bottle from a different store was the correct consistency and worked well in my hair as expected.

Vastaus yritykseltä Afroquarter

Hi Kamal,

We're really sorry to hear about your experience. We strive to ensure the highest quality for our products and we're disappointed to hear that this didn't meet your expectations.

We are an authorised retailer of Uncle Funky's products, and they are stored and kept correctly. The batch that you received was recent from the vendor.

If you could send us an email with further details care@aqonline.co.uk to resolve the issue.

Thanks,

Victoria
