Bad customer service experience
Have always been happy with Apricot clothing, their prints, quality and fitting. My mum and sister have been customers for years and years, and we have spent a lot of money with this company. For the first time a couple months ago I placed an order online. We returned 1 dress instore, and 2 weeks later returned 4 unused items via post for which they refunded me for only 3 of the items. My apricot online account also reflected this, stating 3 items were approved but a dress wasn’t.
For over a month we have been exchanging emails, which has been exasperating as they take weeks to respond, only to confirm they are “looking into it” and haven't actually resolved anything. I finally got an ‘answer’ saying they have already refunded me for the missing item…2 weeks before I even posted it back?!
The customer service people are clearly unable to use simple logic or work things out so communication has been very frustrating. Have had to explain the issue in so much detail etc when I shouldn't have needed to.
“M*g*a” had been dealing with my query and they have not had the decency to respond to my last email. Had to resort to disputing this via my bank and they’ve dealt with it so efficiently in comparison.
Really disappointing as it was such a such simple thing to resolve and has totally put us off ordering with them. Have never had an issue like this with any other online retailer ever.

J’ai acheté une robe mi- Juillet , et je n’ai jamais été livré. Je leur ai envoyé une 10 aines de messages , via leur adresse mail du service client ! Ils ne m’ont jamais répondu … j’ai dépensé 69 euros . Pour une robe non livré ! C’est inadmissible ! Aucun numéro où les joindre . Je ne sais pas quoi faire pour récupérer mon argent …. Je déconseille vivement ce site !

Looking into this, we can see that we responded to your email on 2/8/26 to advise that we had raised an investigation with the courier and also sent a follow-up email on 5/8/26.
Unfortunately, your order has now been deemed as lost and a member of the team has sent you an email to advise that a refund will be issued for you to your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer or bank, the money can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

Mauvais expérience
J’ai acheté une robe qui était trop petite pour moi
Dans le colis une adresse de retour noté qui n’existe pas je paie 15 euros le colis part pour l’Allemagne envoyez le 17 juin le colis est en retour et suivi bloqué
Alors qu’il est tellement plus simple de donner une étiquette de retour et de réduire sur le montant à rembourser
Du coup la robe est je ne sais où ? Et impossible de me faire rembourser vu que je n’ai même plus la commande
Bref mauvaise expérience qui fait que je ne recommande pas Apricot

The return address is also shown on the invoice included with your order and in our online return instructions.
Based on the tracking information you've shared, the parcel does not appear to have been sent to the return address we provided or the one shown on your invoice. It may be worth checking with your postal provider to confirm the destination, or whether there has been any mix-up if you sent more than one parcel.
