Purtroppo non è possibile assegnare stelle negative. La mia ragazza è stata attirata con un’offerta di prova di 1 mese a 29,90 €. Ha fornito 5 parole chiave e non ha più avuto notizie di questa azienda poco affidabile. Un mese dopo sono stati effettuati ulteriori addebiti su PayPal per un totale di 131 €.

Nonostante le ripetute richieste al servizio clienti, fino ad oggi non ci è stata inviata alcuna fattura. Non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna conferma d’ordine né alcuna prova del lavoro svolto! Solo 4 addebiti senza fattura per un totale di 137 €.

Il servizio clienti non ha né firma né indirizzo, ma solo un indirizzo e-mail e un nome!

La cosa ha tutta l’aria di un sistema criminale: perché il nome e la sede dell’azienda vengono tenuti nascosti? L’addebito su PayPal viene effettuato da GSMT CORP. Si tratta di una società di recupero crediti, di esattori!
L’azienda dichiara a PayPal che il servizio è stato fornito, anche se in realtà si occupa solo di recupero crediti: incredibilmente poco seria!!!

Leider kann man keine Minus Sterne vergeben. Meine Freundin wurde mit einem Testangebot für 1 Monat für 29,90 € geködert. Sie hat 5 Keywords mitgeteilt und nie wieder etwas von diesem dubiosen Unternehmen gehört. 1 Monat später fanden weite Abbuchungen bei PayPal mit insgesamt 131 € statt.

Selbst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung an den Kundenservice wurde uns bis heute keine Rechnung zugestellt. Wir haben keine Auftragsbestätigung erhalten und auch sonst keinen Arbeitsnachweis! Nur 4 Abbuchungen ohne Rechnung über 137 €.

Der Kundenservice hat keine Signatur oder Adresse nur eine email Adresse und einen Vornamen!

Das riecht doch sehr stark nach kriminellem System - warum wird der Firmenname und der Firmensitz verschleiert. Die Abbuchung bei PayPal wird von GSMT CORP durchgeführt. Das ist ein Inkasso Unternehmen, Geldeintreiber!
Das Unternehmen erklärt gegenüber Paypal die Leistung sei erbracht, obwohl sie selbst nur Inkasso machen - unglaublich unseriös!!!

I ordered a service, which I was lead to believe would be an email with a link to access the information. NO! It turned out to be "go to app store and download." Then, when I wanted refund, I was told no refund, BUT THEY CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION. What subscription?
This is a false-leader company, with "bait" to get payment and sign a person up for continuing payments!

This company charged me subscription without authorization within just one day into the trial period. I also sent them an email just 5 minutes after I went into trial period to cancel the subscription. I reported them to PayPal but they refused to give refund. Do not subscribe even for trial period with this company because they charge money during trial period. Where in the law of this world can a company start a automatic subscription without authorization.

I agree with all these other people that this is a Scumbag company!!! I canceled and they ignored. Then charged my Paypal, and with a fight, I settled to take a 50% partial refund. Then I look on my Paypal/Bank register and see another $80.96 charged from them in 2 separate transactions!!! This is a total bogus company!!! Do not get involved with them! Fraudulent as to what they say and then what they do!

WARNING! Do not trust this company or anything associated with it. If you see something called GSMT Corp it is the 3rd party merchant that works for Finestro. I had a trial with them and they charged me after I canceled the trial period. The trial period ended on July 9th and I canceled them on July 9th. But they still charged me $11.99 and $6.99 and this is after they initially took $49.99 and $19.99 from me. I CANCELED before the trial ended. My bank was of no help. I even have the email of them guaranteeing my refund. It never happened. I sent the email to my bank as proof of the merchant saying they would give me my refund. No help. Then on August 9th, another 2 charges from them for $30.98 and $49.99. I immediately disputed the charges with my bank and PayPal. I then went to the email from my trial with Finestro and clicked the link to sign in. IT STILL HAD MY ACCOUNT ON ACTIVE PREMIUM! These bastards are relentless! When I tried to cancel my subscription AGAIN directly from the site, it said I could not because it did no allow emails!! WHAT!? I finally go thorough ... then received an email saying someone would get back to me...this is what they did last time. Then said they would refund me and I got ZILTCH! Finally I went into my merchant accounts on PayPal and cancelled their access to my Paypal account. I didn't know you had to do that as well. So if you still cannot get these e-roaches off your back, cancel the merchant in PayPal, cancel your bank account and start over. These mother frackers are unbelievable and the banks and government aren't doing anything to protect us from predatory marketing. We need a class action lawsuit!!

I applied for a two week trial with the belief that this company would be creating ads using ai for my small business. That is not at all true. They wanted ME to create the ads and their service was some kind of training to show you how to create ads. Totally fraudulent advertisment. They are advertising on Facebook and I am surprised that they are allowed to do so. I imediately sent them an email canceling my subscription, with no response. I emailed them again and let them know I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is a total scam. I also contacted Paypal and put a stop to any future payments.

They donot deserve 1- what sort of a company is allowed to go into my bank and take 4 individual payments i believe finestro is involved and gsmt-pro who are these criminals that have used paypal to take these payments and then transferred out of my capital one credit card.

Terrible. Shady and Deceptive. Bought the game Brainbloom and was supposed to be charged once for a yearly subscription but have been charging $49.99 every month. I can only get to level 10 and not past it and see now that every month they have been charging $49.99. Tried cancelling and they have links that go nowhere. I had to open a dispute. Support email works but they said 'no refunds' and now even if the app is deleted they can still charge. Support provided instructions on cancelling that look legit but there app bypasses this way of cancelling. Support is trying to say I put in an incorrect email.. BS - Apple has my correct email and that is how we access the app and log in... SHEER FRAUDSTERS -- YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES DECEIVING PEOPLE AND RIPPING THEM OFF..

I'd like to make people aware of this company and it's offerings, along with the poor service and unacceptable level of awareness of their processes in place. The company name is APPLYFT.CO, their parent company being GSMT CORP. Use extreme caution and be aware that they will scam you out of money.

I recently (Nov 6/25) signed up for a 4 week trial of there applyft.co AI training, of which I paid for the 4 week trial period. On Nov 10/25, I wrote their customer service to cancel my subscription as it wasn't for me and it wasn't beneficial to me. The initial offering came with 2 separate billings of $6.99 & $15.19 USD for the 4 week plan. No big deal, it was worth a try and I was only out $22.
I recently realized that after making the request to cancel my subscription, of which they had responded and noted that the we're sorry to hear I was cancelling my subscription, that in fact they did not cancel the subscription, and in turn charged me $80.97USD on Dec 6/25, and another $80.97USD ON Jan 6/26, of which I didn't realize until yesterday being Jan 6. I got in touch with their service department, and they failed to authorize any refund over the matter and have been very difficult to come to an agreement.
Their refund policy states that for cancelation, it. Must be done 24 hour before the monthly renewal date, which would have been Dec 6. I had cancelled my subscription on Nov 10, and they failed to cancel it, and I did not use the service at all after Nov 9/25. Thinking it had been cancelled until they continually withdrew the $80.97 USD subscription fee. And they are unwilling to refund this for the 2 separate occasions. Hoping they don't continue this process.
Please be very weary of this company, the services they offer and how you may get douped for money you're not willing to lose. Personally, I believe this company is a scam. I've went through the correct channels to escalade this matter, but we're not able to come to a conclusion and they are unwilling to refund me the money they charged my for the subscriptions, although I had cancelled the plan 26 days before the renewal date. Unacceptable in all fashions and their service department basically told me that I was my fault, although I had asked them to cancel my subscription.

Once again. Be cautious of this company and their offering.... TOTAL SCAM
