The STR Operator Circle Arvostelua 

I’ve been really impressed with Kyle and The Operator Circle.

I’m already in the STR space, so I wasn’t looking for another course full of basic information. I wanted people who were actually doing this and could help me think through real deals and real problems.

That’s probably been the biggest value for me. Kyle is very hands-on and is willing to get into the details instead of just giving you a generic answer. Whether it’s underwriting a deal, figuring out operations, increasing revenue, or just bouncing an idea off someone, I’ve gotten a lot of value from the group.

I also like that Kyle is pretty straight up about the business. It’s not all “buy a property and get rich.” There’s a lot of work that goes into running good STRs, and he’s honest about that.

The community has been great too. There are a lot of people in there who are actually operating and willing to help each other.

For me, it’s been one of the better investments I’ve made in my STR business. Definitely recommend it if you’re serious about getting better at this and not just watching another real estate course.

I started working one-on-one with Kyle at the end of July. As a business owner, I've always invested in real estate and used it to offset taxes, but it wasn't until I learned about the massive benefits of short-term rentals that I knew I wanted to get into this asset class. I started working with Kyle in July. I already had a short-term rental that honestly just wasn’t performing very well. Kyle helped me look at the property differently, make some changes, and really customize the setup to fit the market.

Since then, it’s been performing better than it ever has, which has been awesome to see.

Kyle has been super hands-on throughout the whole process and actually takes the time to look at your specific situation instead of just giving you a cookie-cutter plan.

Now I’m already onto my second property with him, so I’d say that speaks for itself.

Kyle has been an incredible resource throughout my short-term rental journey. His knowledge of this business, willingness to help, and ability to talk me through everything from the big decisions to the inevitable “is this normal?!” moments have been invaluable.

He helped me launch my first STR, and my 2 bed, 1.5 bath property is on track to do around $85K in its first year. I’m already getting ready to buy #2!

The Operator Circle brings the kind of guidance and access that is incredibly helpful to a new STR owner. There is so much you simply don’t know until you’re actually doing this, especially once those first guests start arriving. Having someone experienced to turn to takes so much of the uncertainty out of it.

If you’ve been thinking about getting into short-term rentals and waiting for a sign, this might be it. Between the income potential, tax benefits, and having the right guidance along the way, I’m very glad I took the leap.
