Arrived within days and I live on the Isle of Man, any questions I had were answered within a day, lots of spare parts on the site really couldn’t ask for much more, had my first go and thought it was on high speed until I got back and used the app to find out I was in low speed, solid built scooter and I would highly recommend this scooter to anyone and everyone.

Excellent customer service from Dan. Scooter was collected, Fixed and returned for free under my warranty within 1 week of my first email. Thanks again Dan.

Customer service support was second to none in particular to Dan and Ryan.
There's a possibility that my daughter will now want one also!

Was good customer service and fast post ordered before 2 then next day delivery.scooter goes well only has it a week be it seems ok so far.

Excellent service. Delivered on time. As this is my first scooter, I was a bit weary but it's very safe and nippy and it flies up hills which is extremely helpful being a c.o.p.d sufferer. So far so good and very happy with my purchase.

Good communication from the team when I contacted them.
We had an issue with our scooter and needed to return it for it to be looked into.Unfortunately,it got lost during transit but we just got a replacement scooter.

Bought a battery drained it then put it on charge for 6-8 hrs went out on it I wasn't even out for an hour and it was on 1 bar not impressed......

Cannot praise Dan enough brilliant after care, absolutely goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Great scooters even better customer service I’m going to purchase again.
