The limo was a heap.
The limo was a heap.. all the leather interior was worn. They served grape juice onstead of prosecco and absolutely zero effort had been put into decorating the car, despite being fully aware it was being hired for a wedding. Utter rip off.. over 450 pounds to travel 3 miles in a limo that quite frankly had seen better days. I will not be using this company again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations.
We completely understand your frustration regarding the condition of the vehicle, the refreshments provided, and the lack of wedding decoration. These are certainly not the standards we want our customers to feel they have received, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
As a booking company, we work with a network of independent vehicle suppliers, but we absolutely take responsibility for listening to feedback like this and raising these concerns with the supplier involved. We will be reviewing the points you have highlighted to ensure they are addressed.
We’re particularly disappointed that you felt you did not receive the value and service you expected, and we sincerely apologise for letting you down. Thank you again for your honest feedback — This will be investigated it help us identify where improvements are needed.

I took several weeks to get back to the company from our original conversation. However the person answering the phone knew exactly who I had spoken to and he had obviously taken time to ensure that all my requirements were met.
In all, a very knowledgeable and customer focused company, and excellent value for money. Thank you Glenn and Stuart

What a fantastic experience
What a fantastic experience, had the best time, bus was clean and tidy. Driver put up with our outrageous singing on the way home (all very drunk)! Such an amazing day and great knowing we had the bus waiting for us.

We’re absolutely thrilled to hear you had such an amazing time! It sounds like the singing was certainly memorable — we’ll have to check with the driver whether they’ve recovered yet! 😂🎤
We’re so glad the bus was clean, tidy and ready and waiting for you. There’s nothing better than knowing you can sit back, relax, have a few drinks and let us take care of the journey! 🥂✨
Thank you again for choosing Anything For Hire and for taking the time to share your experience. We’d love to have you back on board for your next big occasion! 🙌🚌💨
Be careful
Whilst the initial customer service was excellent, be warned that passenger transport bookings are exempt from the usual 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. This is especially important to highlight when you consider the deposit amount was 46% of the service value. AFH showed no flexibility just 3 days after booking RE: cancelling; even when a proportionate refund was suggested.

Vastaus yritykseltä Anything for Hire
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found our initial customer service excellent, although we’re sorry that you were disappointed with the outcome regarding your cancellation.
As outlined in our terms and conditions, the deposit paid towards passenger transport bookings is non-refundable. These terms and conditions were made available to you and were agreed to by you before the booking was confirmed.
We appreciate that this may be frustrating, particularly when a cancellation is made shortly after booking, and we’re sorry that we were unable to provide the refund you were hoping for.
That said, we did want to offer some flexibility as a goodwill gesture. We offered to transfer the deposit paid to another hire or event, allowing you to retain the value of the deposit rather than losing it completely.
We completely understand your frustration and apologise that we couldn’t reach an outcome you were happier with. We do appreciate your feedback and will continue to ensure our terms, including our cancellation and deposit policy, are made as clear as possible before customers confirm their bookings.
Thank you for choosing Anything For Hire and for taking the time to share your experience. We really appreciate it and hope we can help you again in the future! 🚗✨🥂

My son‘s wedding
From the first phone call the process was easy and Shane was amazing. The driver turned up on time to pick me up for my son‘s wedding and was very polite and courteous and was there early to make sure he was there to pick me up to take me home. I also booked the Bentley for my now daughter-in-law to arrive at the venue end and the Mercedes People carrier for the bridesmaids again perfect service.Thank you so much, and I will definitely be using you again.
