Your visa application was prepared carefully by our team and, as part of our standard process, you were provided with the completed application to review and approve before it was submitted. At no stage did you raise any concerns or identify any mistakes in the application.
The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the Greek authorities, not with AnyVisa. In your case, the refusal letter stated that the Embassy was not satisfied with the credibility of your proposed travel itinerary. This is an assessment made entirely by the visa officer and is not a result of any error in completing the application form.
While we fully appreciate that receiving a visa refusal is disappointing, it is unfair to attribute a government decision to our service when your application was submitted accurately and in accordance with the information you provided and approved.
Regarding refunds, our professional fees cover the preparation, advice, and submission of the application, all of which were completed. As explained in our terms and conditions, these fees are not contingent upon the outcome of the application, as no representative can guarantee a visa approval.

Your Turkey Standard Visa application was processed by our team promptly and you were successfully guided through the application process before being referred to the official Turkish Visa Application Centre in London. The visa application centre and the Turkish Embassy, which is solely responsible for assessing and deciding visa applications, operate independently from our company.
Unfortunately, neither AnyVisa nor any third-party visa agency has any influence over the embassy's processing times or the outcome of a visa application. The 41-day waiting period you mention relates to the Turkish authorities' decision-making process, which is entirely outside of our control.
We also wish to clarify that the location you refer to in your review is the official Turkish Visa Application Centre and not AnyVisa's offices.
While we understand your disappointment with the delay, we respectfully reject the suggestion that our service is a scam or that customers should not trust us. We fulfilled the service purchased by preparing and processing your application and directing you to the appropriate official authorities. Any concerns regarding processing delays should be addressed directly with the Turkish Embassy or Visa Application Centre responsible for handling the application.

I live in the UK, and trust me this is nothing more than a scam!!! If you are a company, you need to have some VALUES, and ETHICS. Any visa has none of these: I have been asked to pay £600 initially for securing an appointment, I asked a few questions and the person assigned to me got literally offended, and then the UK lead for this Scammer company sent me very condescending email saying, its hard to work with me or so.
The reality was, my application for Schengen visa "after taking payments" was being stalled, no appointments offered to me for a week, I was told to buy additional services, under the name of "faster appointment" , and when asked whats the point of paying £200 per person; I was not given a satisfactory answer.
Additionally, its been more than 10 business days, as I was promised over email, since I have received my refund.
I am going to court for scam, and file additional charges for such a scam to this.

You were also offered a complimentary upgrade for a faster appointment, which you chose to decline.
We strongly reject the allegation that we are a scam company. We have assisted thousands of clients successfully and operate with transparency and integrity. While we respect every client's right to express their opinion, we do not accept false and defamatory claims that misrepresent our business or the service provided.
We wish you the best with your future visa application.
AVOID at any cost
I want to share my experience with Any Visa / Global Law regarding my Schengen visa application. Despite my warning that other agents had taken my money and failed to secure TLS appointments, Any Visa promised I would get an appointment within a set timeframe. With only around five weeks before my travel date, I was continuously chasing them for updates, but they seemed to take the situation lightly and kept reassuring me that an appointment in London or Manchester was possible. Other agents had been transparent enough to admit that getting an appointment in those cities within a short timeframe was virtually impossible, yet Any Visa insisted otherwise.
I gave them a generous six weeks to secure an appointment, but they kept asking me to wait. It's important for prospective clients to note that they do not monitor appointment releases 24/7 like other agents do. Instead, they operate only during certain hours, making it highly unlikely for them to secure an appointment as soon as it becomes available.
Eventually, I decided not to risk it any longer and requested my application be cancelled. They made quite a fuss about the cancellation and only agreed to refund 50% of my payment. That’s when the real problems started. It became clear to me that they are not UK-based, but operate out of Dubai, which complicated matters further. Their lack of understanding about the UK system meant they did not cancel my application properly, which prevented me from submitting a new one through TLS. I spent over two weeks going back and forth between TLS and Any Visa / Global Law, trying to resolve the issue.
Even TLS commented that this company is causing difficulties for clients because their application process isn’t handled correctly. From the very beginning, I had doubts about their professionalism—I even had to guide them on how to fill out the application form and correct several mistakes myself.
In summary, my advice is to avoid this company at all costs. Otherwise, you may find yourself struggling as I did.

Firstly, AnyVisa is not "based out of Dubai" as you suggest. We are an international immigration services company with offices in the UK, USA, Turkey, Portugal, and the UAE. We have successfully assisted thousands of clients with visa applications and appointment bookings, and the overwhelming majority of our clients are extremely satisfied with our services.
Regarding your appointment request, we were given a limited timeframe before your intended travel date. Despite this, we repeatedly advised that we were actively working to secure an appointment and that there was still sufficient time remaining to do so. Unfortunately, before we were able to complete the service, you chose to cancel the process and instructed us not to continue. The reality is that you did not allow us enough time to deliver the appointment booking service that you had engaged us for.
Your statement that only 50% of your payment was refunded is also incorrect. Following your cancellation request, a full refund was issued to you. We can provide evidence of this if required.
We also strongly dispute the allegation that our team completed your application incorrectly or that TLS made any such comments about our business. We handle a large volume of visa applications and appointment bookings every month and follow the official procedures required by the relevant authorities. At no point were we prevented from continuing your case; rather, the process ended because you elected to cancel it before we had the opportunity to complete our work.
We understand that securing Schengen visa appointments can be stressful, particularly during periods of exceptionally high demand. However, it is unfair to criticise a service provider for not delivering a result when they were not given the opportunity to complete the service they were engaged to provide.
