Babette, we are sorry the ring has not felt like what you hoped for.
Sparkle can look very different depending on the lighting, so we sent you photos of your ring along with its diamond certificate. That same certificate number is laser inscribed on the stone, so it can be matched with a loupe any time you want to see it for yourself.
We are glad we are in touch and working towards a replacement that feels right to you. We will keep going until you are happy with what you have.

What a GREAT experience shopping with…
What a GREAT experience shopping with AntiqueCut!! Fantastic communication!! I found a ring online and made some changes to it so it was a custom ring. They communicated with me daily and provided diamond options I could choose from along with a spec of the ring for my approval. My ring arrived within 2-3 weeks and required a signature. Ring was wrapped and packaged very well! I absolutely love my new ring from AntiqueCut!! Thank you for your top notch customer service, communication and product! I will shop with them again and highly recommend others should as well!!

Jared, we take this seriously, and we have not stepped away from it.
As soon as you told us the parcel arrived without the ring inside, we raised the case with the carrier and investigated the shipment from our end. We also offered you a replacement so you would still have your ring in hand in time, which you declined in favour of a refund.
Once the dispute was opened with your bank, the funds moved into their process rather than ours. We have submitted our full response along with every document and shipping record we hold, and we will honour whatever the bank concludes.
Our offer of a replacement still stands if you would like us to make the ring for you.

An Amazing Experience From Start to Finish
I couldn't be happier with my experience with Antique Cut. Buying an engagement ring online from another country was a little intimidating at first, but the entire process turned out to be much easier than I expected.
The team was incredibly helpful from the beginning, answering all my questions, helping me choose the right ring, and keeping me updated throughout production and shipping. The ring arrived safely, sooner than I expected, and the craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. It looks even better in person than it did in the photos.
The best part was seeing my fiancée's reaction when I proposed. She absolutely loves the ring, and I've already received so many compliments on it. The complimentary gift included with the order was also a really thoughtful touch.
If you're considering a lab-grown diamond ring and are unsure about ordering from overseas, I can honestly recommend Antique Cut. Great quality, excellent communication, fair pricing, and an overall experience that exceeded my expectations.

Drew, buying an engagement ring from another country is a real leap of faith, and we do not take it lightly that you took it with us.
Keeping you updated through production and shipping was the least we could do, and it means a lot that the ring looked even better in your hands than it did on screen.
The part that stayed with us, though, is your fiancée's reaction. Congratulations to you both, and thank you for saying what you did for anyone still hesitating about ordering from overseas.

Emily, this made our day. A custom ring lives or dies on the conversation behind it, so knowing you always had answers when you needed them, and that what arrived was genuinely your dream ring, is the best thing we could hear. Thank you for trusting us to make it, and for taking the time to tell people about it.
