I had never heard of this company and was therefore wary about ordering but I needn’t have been! I had a great experience. Communication was prompt, shipping was fast, and they even refunded the tariff amount I had to pay UPS. The ring itself is perfect and exactly as pictured on the website.

I received my ring and could not be happier. It was a process finding the stone with multiple live videos to help pick out the perfect diamond. They were patient and accommodating when I got frustrated. The time zone difference was a challenge. When we found the right stone for me the process of making the ring was quick with video up dates. The result was the perfect ring for me. The stone sparkles with minimal bow tie effect in an oval stone. The setting is exactly what I wanted. They have many choices and will work hard to design exactly what you envision.

02/07/26- I am from North Carolina, US and I wasn’t quite sure if this was real but I wanted to give my special person something beautiful and custom without being gorged out financially from local retailers. I trusted the process and personally was in contact with someone through the whole designing process and are very patient with you until it is perfect. I truly recommend this to any young man that is starting out but doesn’t know how he will obtain the money that people want to charge here in the US. Bought an engagement ring and it's gorgeous! Placed an order around thanksgiving and there was additional lead time. I emailed customer service and they were very responsive and gave me peace of mind. Don't be scared of the low order confirmation #'s either!

There is a tariff/duty you pay on some items (paid 28$ on a 2200$ ring) but once you receive the ring, you can email Antique Cut and they'll reimburse you. They shipped via UPS.

The lab-grown diamond came with certification paperwork showing it's origin and authenticity and it came in a separate package from the ring but came on time without issue.
