I received a tracking number but item…
Editing original poor review, after review was left the customer service team stepped up to rectify the problem and my item eventually did arrive 3 weeks after original tracking number was issued. Customer service had the shipment expedited. I received a tracking number but item never shipped. I was still charged. I only ordered from them because they claimed the item was available.
