Bad experience

Really bad. I ordered a backpack from anthem and it said picking for a whole 2 week, I was concerned so I contacted the support team, they said they were out of stock. Lady was super nice, come on dude if it’s out of stock til DECEMBER I bought it in September make the damn backpack say out of stock. They said they were going to change it with another backpack and they did. It took another 2 weeks to come

I thought my problem would not be…

I thought my problem would not be acknowledged by the company and was I surprised at how helpful and respectful the response was to my issue. I even received a follow-up phone call on the resolution. This company sets the bar way high for customer service - other companies should
follow their example! No press one for this - two for that - spoke to actual customer service professional that was very helpful!
Thank you so much for a quick painless resolution.

Ordered a gift for my grandson’s birthday. Had exactly what he wanted and it arrived very quickly. He was very excited to receive it.
