Kirsty runs face to face group exercise classes in the Christchurch area (Dorset) including Fitness Fusion, Strength & Flex and Fitness Pilates. She offers a complimentary taster class for you to 'try before you buy'. And if you're looking for something tailored just for you, there’s the option of 1:1 mindset coaching available to give you additional support, accountability, and to help you ‘to get out of your own way’. Fitness, flexibility and fun.
As previous members have said, Kirsty is such a brilliant motivator and her on-line courses are very flexible with no travel time or need to do my hair! I have really enjoyed the latest 2 week "blitz" which got me up early and motivated every morning, safe in the knowledge my exercise was "in the bag" before a busy day. Some days, I do these twice! My favourite remains Lift Lean which, as always, is led with Kirsty's enthusiastic and motivational presentation.

Thank you Diana. Love that you find such benefit in exercising at home first thing in the day - such a boost for both mind and body, and fully setting your intention for the day ahead. Definitely efficient with no travel time/costs - and the added bonus of straight into your own shower afterwards.
Flexible and challenging
Kirsty has taken her wealth of experience in the fitness industry, combined it with her belief in people and her zest for life to create two fantastic online fitness programmes. Her passion shines through. There is variety and flexibility with both programmes. I have signed up for her On Demand programme and have access to six different workouts, which change weekly. I use them at home and away on holiday. They are fun to do, challenging and effective.
