I love the on line Lift Lean classes with Kirsty. The classes are varied and 30 minutes so easy to fit into my day, and as the classes are recorded at 8am each day, I can catch up at a time to suit me.
Kirsty is a great coach. She explains each move, is positive and enthusiastic and makes each class fun. Would definitely recommend.

I signed up for the on demand classes in February and I cannot praise them high enough. Each week new classes are added and I look forward to seeing what has been uploaded. They are so varied in content and with the length of time with some bite size classes which make it easy to do if you have a busy day. They are easy to follow with Kirsty giving clear instruction and alternative moves if required. I'm so pleased I signed up for these classes as the impact of exercising for me has been so beneficial.

I have been attending the weekly strength and flex classes since September 23 and enjoying the company of a great team of ladies. Whether you are a beginner or a little more advanced Kirsty will give options for you to get the most out of your exercise class.

Great access to an affordable, enjoyable fitness program. Kirsty is a great motivator, realistic and encouraging. She doesn’t try and fit everyone into the same hole but values and embraces our differences and encourages us to be the best that we can be as individuals. Good informative health and diet advice including achievable challenges to incorporate into daily life. A good program to use at a time that suits you, brilliant.

I have been to many exercise classes over the years but this one is just great. Fun, friendly, pitched at the right level with the right mix of aerobic and strength exercises.
So glad to have found this friendly class and thoroughly recommend Kirsty

My first exercise class for many years so I was very apprehensive but I need not have worried. Kirsty made me feel welcome and gave me options for the intensity of the workout. I chose to stay with the low impact workout. She is a great instructor , clear with her instructions and great fun. I have already signed up for more classes

This excellent class is very inclusive for all levels of fitness.
Kirsty checks throughout the class to ensure everyone is ok and enjoying the routines. I have started to feel so much fitter and healthier since I joined the class. There is a great atmosphere of fun and encouragement from Kirsty.
The music is great, upbeat for the aerobic routine, and calm for the cool down.
There is a lovely group of ladies who I look forward to seeing each week.

A super fun and very informative class.
A total novice to any kind of keep fit I decided to try Slimfit Classes and I can honestly say I look forward to going each week . Not only do I feel like I have more energy but I have met some lovely people too

Firstly I need to say I am not someone who has regularly attended any form of fitness classes. So it was with some nervousness that I attended my first complimentary taster class with Fitness Fusion. I was however immediately made welcome by Kirsty. It was lovely to meet other ladies like myself & found Kirsty’s class most enjoyable with cardio aerobics, great music & followed by good pilates stretching with bands & abdominal mat excercises. I have now signed up to the monthly membership!Don’t think about it. DO IT!

She offers a variety of classes , plus a weekly newsletter that is both interesting and informative.

I have been doing Lift Lean since October. I had some weight to lose and wanted to get back to more regular exercise. I got to my goal weight for Christmas, 20lb off and I put this down to the consistent workouts that Lift Lean offer, they really helped me stay focused. What’s even better is that I’ve been able to maintain since Christmas, something that I struggled with for years. I love the 8am appointment every day. I feel like I’m actually at a class, even on the repeat week! The workouts are varied and you can go as hard as you want by upping the impact or weight. Consistency is the key! We all have access to endless exercise on line but this is something you will turn up to every day and that’s when you see and feel the benefit. Kirsty explains and demonstrates every exercise, she even seems to know when you need correcting on your form or that extra word of encouragement! Oh and I’ve gone from 34% body fat to 27%. Highly recommend this program.

I have been enjoying Kirsty’s Lift Lean workouts since lockdown, and I still feel the benefit every day. Kirsty is a fantastic coach- it feels like she is in the room with you- and her guidance and support is always excellent. I love the variety, the challenge and the results! I am really grateful to have Kirsty as part if my daily routine!

Really enjoyed the 5 Day Express Lift Lean course- every day was different, i appreciated the variety and the professionalism. Also, it was fun which is essential!!
