Disorganised and poor packing
Disorganised Business Structure
The most frustrating aspect was discovering that the sea and air freight divisions operate as separate entities with no coordination between them. Despite being presented with a unified service during the sales process, I was forced to manage two independent organizations - each with separate contacts, billing, and procedures. This created unnecessary complexity and confusion throughout the entire moving process. Had I understood this arrangement upfront, I would have made different decisions about how to structure my move.
Poor Packing Standards
The packing quality was below professional standards. Heavy items were routinely placed on top of fragile belongings, and there appeared to be no systematic approach to box organization. Items were simply thrown into whatever box was nearest, with no consideration for compatibility or protection. This haphazard method has resulted in noticeable damage to several items and left me unable to identify what's in most of my boxes - adding significant frustration to an already stressful relocation.

Anglo Pacific International has done an outstanding job with my shipment! I had furniture shipped internationally (from England to the US) and Anglo Pacific guided me every step of the way, giving me detailed instructions on how to complete US customs forms and providing me regular status updates along the way. Anglo Pacific did an outstanding job packing my furniture and my shipment arrived safely and in perfect condition. I worked closely with Arman Amnir at Anglo Pacific and I highly recommend them for all of your moving needs. Terrible after care and support
Items which were not suggested could be prohibited were confiscated by customs, in a country that we were completely unaware our boxes would be travelling to / through.
Communication is great prior to sending items but once shipped it’s like they wash their hands of everything and don’t want to help and support. Slow to respond until multiple emails have been sent. It’s easy to lay the blame elsewhere rather than helping customers.
The insurance offered is not worth the paper it’s written on.
I would really think twice about using this company.

I am sorry you feel this way, but all documentation was presented to you prior to your move. If this was a customs decision, it is very difficult for us to override the regulations of an organization that has full authority to make these rules as they see fit.
It is unclear how we can be held responsible when the issue you are raising is directed entirely at customs. To say that we offer no after-care is not only false and incorrect, but also unfair. We always do our best to ensure a smooth process; however, in this instance customs decided not to allow certain items. As a removal company, we cannot control such decisions, nor can we be penalised for them.
Additionally, if customs made this determination, it is not considered an insurance claim because the items were not permitted in the country. I want to be clear that the information you have been given is not correct.
In any event, we are sorry that customs made this decision, and we continually strive to improve our service. But when customs stops an item, and it is not liked or expected, it is unfortunately not something we can overturn.

Moving to New Zealand - use Anglo Pacific to pack and ship your belongings
Anglo Pacific were recommended to us by friends who had used them to relocate all of their belongings (furniture, kitchenware, electronics, clothing et al) to New Zealand. From the outset they were thoroughly professional and informative, answering any and all questions. The quality of the packaging and general handling of our goods was high. The project manager (Dipak Parma) guided us smoothly through the process and dealt with any issues (the local council failed to honour booked parking spaces) promptly and his communication was great throughout the process and on follow up items. I would absolutely recommend Anglo Pacific to anyone shipping their belongings across the globe.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I genuinely cannot believe this company. Our luggage was booked for pickup today (Friday) and I was given a window of 9am - 5.30 pm so I’ve taken a day off work and also made arrangements for someone to pick my children up from school. Contacted Anglo to check if there was a more specific time the driver would come. This was at 12.40 pm which I was told 1pm-5pm. Would not make a difference since it was already 12.40pm. It got to 5.05pm and I just had a feeling there was no one coming. Phoned the company again and was put on hold. Then was told someone would call me back. No one has phoned me or my husband and the company has now closed until Monday!!! I have also sent an email too with no reply. We are flying back to Australia on Monday! I am truly furious! We have also paid a deposit which I doubt we will get refunded. Now have to organise over a weekend for another shipping company to pick up our belongings before we leave the country in 2 days!!! I cannot believe this company. DO NOT BOOK WITH ANGLO PACIFIC. An absolute disgrace of a company and you should all
Be ashamed you have left this much stress on my fsmily before we fly out of the country. Unbelievable

We are sorry to hear that the boxes we provide free of charge were not delivered. I completely understand how unacceptable this is, especially since you have taken time off work to receive the delivery. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. While our drivers can occasionally experience delays, they should still be able to fulfil their scheduled deliveries, and we regret that this did not happen in your case.
We have raised this matter again with our operations department, as we are continually striving to improve our services for our clients.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this one-off situation. The delay from the driver has been noted, and we will address this internally to ensure such a shortfall does not happen again.

Pleasing simple system!
Very pleased with the way that the consultation was carried out with Dominic (by video link). I was able to show him the items we are looking to take and he was able to offer advice on the amount of space needed. He was also able to send a tool that enabled us to see how much space other items would be likely to take up.
As we do not have a fixed date for moving, it was encouraging to see that they were able to offer me a fixed price and reassure us that final details can be put in place quickly when required.

Arman and Jack were very efficient and warm; they understood my needs and did their best to help me. The quote was excellent. They provided a quote much lower than the other quote I had. The crew, Matt and Lisa were friendly, courteous and efficient when they collected my goods. When the volume was less than the estimated volume, I was provided with a refund. From contacting to collecting was 2-working days.

Absolute worst company.They…
Absolute worst company.They disassembled my chair to get it through the door and did not reassemble before shipping. consequently damaged my chair.Stuff listed as packed are missing.employees left their clothing items behind in the house. Their delivery partner would not release my belongings until they had another customer in my area and charged for their FedEx costs.I think that there are other competent companies to select from.
To further respond to the company's reply dated october 28th. Anglo pacific should take responsibility for their screw ups instead of making it seem like their destination partner is entirely to blame.That's the problem with them. They never take responsibility for anything therefore I doubt that the company can actually improve.
