It took longer to receive than i wanted.
Design & build quality exceeded expectations very pleased overall with the cap.

THAT SAID;
I will probably remove the large billboard name patch on the side it should be inside the cap not on the outside. It IMHO cheapens the look and misrepresents the quality of your product.
KANGOL a similar hat did this and I stopped buying their hats because it was permanently imbedded on the hat and you couldn’t remove.
British and Irish caps and all quality caps for hundreds of years don’t need a billboard you should reconsider this
Or at least make it an option.
Honestly just put your nameplate inside.
A Merlino wool option would be nice for those of us who would wear in cold winter locations like South Dakota.

Hats look great! I have had several compliments from friends and strangers alike! Very Satisfied with them.

Order process was easy, shipping time convenient and product quality is very good!

The hat is a good value for the money. It fits well, looks good and seems to be fairly well made. The delivery took longer than expected. I feel like the folksy emails concerning delivery delays, etc. were misleading or gimmicky instead of saying these hats ship from China. But, I guess they worked, I probably wouldn’t have ordered it (skeptical or lack of trust) if I’d known it was shipping from China in 2+ weeks. Now, I’ll probably order another one at some point.

I had one hat that the strap was shorter than the others and didn't fit well. Customer service had me send a picture and then mailed me another. Problem fixed.

The quality and fit of the hat exceeded expectations. Doesn’t look like a cartoon jat. I now own two!

They fit well for my husband and me. As a woman you can’t find a hat that fits and doesn’t have the big button on top! We would love to see a green and gray color in the selection.

The first hat order didn’t arrive within 3+ weeks. I contacted the company….they were responsive and I received a replacement within the week of me reporting the issue.
Hat is good quality and fits great.
