It's refreshing in this day and age to deal with a company that responds to an email regarding a missing part promptly and sends it out without question.
I can highly recommend Anchors Up for their great service and great selection of products for anyone planning to go on a cruise.
Absolutely great customer service, Jonathan was excellent. Incredibly helpful & went out of his way to process the order & arrange next day delivery, especially as I’m cruising in 3 days. Product is first class with Lifetime guarantee. Thank you Anchors Up 👏🏼
Bit of false advertising the pictures on their website shows baggage tag holders of different sizes to fit the different cruise companies tags snuggly so I ordered the Fred Olsen ones. When they arrived it was way too big for the tag. It will do but expensive for a generic plastic holder.
Excellent service from Anchors Up!! I ordered the P&O cruise luggage tag holders for our holiday and they arrived super quickly, were easy to use, and felt much safer than using paper tags alone. It made embarkation day feel a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend to anyone going on a cruise.
Easy to find what we needed, and very quick delivery. Perhaps not the cheapest going for their products they offer, but effective.
