Buenisimos productos, yo tomo el Cloruro de Magnesio y el Colageno y me siento muy bien.
Ya tengo como el año consumiendo estos productos, los recomiendo 100%, buenisimos.

Todos los productos de Ana María Lajusticia son excelentes... Los tomó hace años a diario...

Lack of response from recent order inquiries

I placed my order more than 2 weeks ago. I paid and extra fee; two days delivery.
1 week passed and I had no products.
I started emailing, calling, texting, social media, messengers and NO one was replying to any of my messages. After 2 weeks of trying someone reply with: there is No one at the office and we cannot track your order until Monday.

I requested a refund for at least the extra fee I paid, which they finally reply and partially refund. AGAIN! No product received after days of waiting. I sent another email following up and they said; sorry the tracking has not been updated but it was shipped. ( I guess it's just an excuse) Please wait 1-2 weeks for your order.

So here I am after more than 3 weeks, still waiting for my products.
I expect at this point a full refund on my order.

Mi primera compra que hice ,ase más de uunano no recibí completo mi pedido y todavía no e recibido el producto faltante .
Me encanta el producto . Pero eso me a desepcionado un poco .

Empecé a usar el colágeno con magnesio y es un producto que me ha cambiado la vida se lo doy a mi hija con necesidad especial y también ella se ve mucho mejor, muchas gracias por este gran suplemento

La unica queja que tengo es lo mucho que tardó, empeze a tomarlas vamos a ver como me va. Tengo dos hermanas que llevan mas de 8 años tomandola, y la recomiendan 100%.
