I never received the item and I sent several emails which were never answered.

The tablets work. It's an expensive product though.

Se demoró mucho la orden y no comunicaban el retraso igualmente una falta de respeto al no contestar los correos. No me gustó la atención a pesar del producto tan exelente

My package never arrived. I ordered on June 17th, today it is July 27th. I send multiple emails but I never received an answer.

No he recibido mi pedido ya tengo más de un mes que lo hice y eh mandado mensajes y nadie me ayuda ni se ponen en contacto conmigo

Compré un envase de Colágeno con Magnesio y Vitamina C. Al abrirlo compruebo que hay unos puntos negros. Entendiendo que no está en buen estado llamo por teléfono y me reconocen que hay veces que pasa, porque la Vitamina C, por alguna circunstancia se ha oxidado. Me dicen que no hay ningún problema por tomarlo.
Hago una pequeña investigación y resulta que al oxidarse la vitamina el producto prácticamente no sirve para nada. A la vista de esto, y por dos veces he pedido la sustitución del producto, sin que la empresa ni siquiera, se haya dignado en contestar.

Ever since the actual AnaMaria herself passed, the products stop arriving. I was a frequent shopper but this past April I placed an order that never arrived. I got a response via email after 3 emails sent but it led to nothing as the order was never sent/delivered. I never got a refund and had to go through my bank to dispute the charge. Sucks to lose out on this amazing product. But they just aren't working? I'm not sure what happened

It took too long to receive it. We love this product though.

Ordered the products on June 7. No tracking number as of today, June 26. Customer phone number always busy. Emails are not replied. I requested my credit card company to reverse the transaction. Will never buy products from this company, at least until they change the distribution.

I placed an order on June 1st, and today is June 24th; my order still hasn't arrived, and they haven't even replied to the messages I've sent them.

Realice la compra, hice el pago y no me llegó el producto, no sé qué hacer, no tienen algún tipo lugar de seguimiento ni donde hacer los reclamos o denuncias
