Everything went how expected. The products I ordered arrived in less than 10 days. They have good costumer support also. William is very helpful.

I placed an order five months ago and I am still waiting. Every time I contact them, they respond with excuses and empty promises instead of real solutions.
Before placing the order, I had some doubts. I checked their reputation and saw several negative reviews from people who experienced the same issue. Unfortunately, I ignored those warnings and trusted the positive reviews — which now seem misleading.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.
As of today, I am still waiting. I will update this review if they take responsibility and resolve the situation.

I’ve bought from them once previously and was happy at the time. I am unable to testify to the quality of the product and my more recent experience has cast doubt in my mind.

I ordered again in September 2025 and my order never arrived. I contacted them via email and customer service was pleasant enough promising me a refund, however weeks later this still hasn’t been received this and all my emails have been ignored.

I’m now attempting a chargeback via my bank account.

WARNING: ANAGENICA ⚠️

I paid ~243€ for medical hair products.
What I received:
• false customs declaration (60€ on the label — illegal)
• completely wrong formulations
• bottles smelling of perfume (dangerous for MCAS)
• one bottle with a broken seal
• and then they BLOCKED my account after I confronted them.

All products unusable. No accountability. No professionalism.
I’m initiating a chargeback + reporting the customs fraud.

Avoid this company at all costs.

It went as well as expected, shipped on the 8th and arrived on the 18th (UK). You can ask for a tracking number as it is not given out automatically. The negative redditors basically go on about a long wait time and perhaps not so great customer service.

If you cannot be bothered to wait then buy something elsewhere. If you do have some patience however, then you will receive your purchase in a week or two. I will buy from the store again in a month or so.

So far so good. I was skeptical at first as there are not many reviews online about the company.
I decided to place an order anyway and received it after 1 1/2 weeks. When i messaged support regarding the tracking information i also got a response within 24 hours.
Now only time will tell if i see any results from using their products.

Edit: 30.10.2025 / I got good results from using their products consistently. While i wasnt able to grow new hair and bring my hairline down, my remaining hair has gotten much thicker and fuller in the past couple of months.
The hairline will still have to get fixed in turkey i suppose.

They always deliver good quality products. William from customer care is so nice.

Great pharma-grade products, reliable and to be trusted unlike other hair loss products sellers (Actifolit, Minoxidillmax, etc..)
I got my topical Dutasteride from them with liposomal carrier and I will keep sourcing my hairloss products from them.
