I have been asked to provide a review so here goes....atrocious customer service. I wanted to cancel an order because I forgot to put my discount code in and they totally ignored my request.
The significant order well over £150 then arrived damaged because they packed it with one flimsy piece of paper and understandably it was damaged in transit and they then tried to wriggle out of this by blaming the courier. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I have never dealt with worse...their customer service is zero

About a year ago, I added the shampoo and conditioner to my routine, and let me tell you—my hair is longer, thicker, and visibly healthier. These products are truly amazing and live up to the hype. I purchased the coconut set. I was very disappointed. I have very thick hair and I used basically half the bottle on my first shampoo and the product wouldn’t lather up in my hair.
