This will be the first time I’m trying Amyla and I’m looking forward to seeing how the drops will work on my hair. My items arrived on time and my customer service experience has been great. My order arrive timely.

Customer service was great, they make to answer your questions and concerns as quickly as possible.

I’ve been using the Amyla Hair Growth Serum and I’m really happy with it so far. The serum feels lightweight, smells nice, and doesn’t make my hair greasy. After consistent use, my hair feels healthier and stronger. I also appreciate that it’s made for natural hair care. I’m excited to keep using it and see even more growth. Highly recommend! 🤎✨

I wrote about 7/8 emails regarding my Order #96673 placed 9 Dec 2025.
After several attempts to find the progress of my order, still have not come to a conclusion.
Amyla said on the 24th of December 2025 that there had been a logistics problem and my order would arrive soon. On the 26th of January 2026 after a few more emails I was told: After checking with our logistics partner, we can confirm that the parcel is currently on its way back to our offices. As soon as we receive it, we will contact you immediately in order to organise a new delivery under the best possible conditions.
On the 14th of Feb 2026, after I requested refund, Amyla said again: At this time, we still have not received the parcel back at our office. As soon as it arrives, we will contact you immediately to organise the next steps without any further delay.
At this time, I just would like a refund which should have been done on receipt of my last email. I don't understand why a refund is pending on you sorting out your logistics issues.
Please issue my refund promptly.
This is my worst experience of online services ever and I do not recommend this company based on their logistics and customer services.

I love this brand. My shipping is always right on time and I love the way the hair products feel in my hair. I have 4c hair to it’s hard to find products that work with my hair.
