Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the robe did not meet your expectations.

After reviewing our previous correspondence, we noticed that you mentioned the robe “came out of the dryer like cardboard.” We would like to point out that our care instructions recommend washing at 30-40°C on a gentle cycle and air drying in the shade. We specifically advise against tumble drying and dry cleaning, as these methods can affect the texture and longevity of the fabric.

We completely understand that the perception of softness is very personal and can vary from person to person. However, linen is a natural fiber that typically becomes softer over time with proper care and regular use. This is a characteristic we have consistently observed and tested across our products since the beginning of our brand more than six years ago.

While we respect your experience and understand your disappointment, our recommendation remains to follow the provided care instructions, as this gives the fabric the best opportunity to develop the softness for which linen is known.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way.
We would like to clarify that all of your emails were replied to. For example:

You emailed us on May 27 at 12:35 PM, and we replied on May 27 at 5:41 PM.

You emailed us on June 4 at 9:40 PM, and we replied the following morning on June 5 at 10:11 AM.

In our correspondence, we informed you that refunds are processed according to our policy:

“The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.”

Additionally, even before the full 14-business-day period had elapsed after receiving your return, our system automatically processed your refund. The refund was issued today at approximately 4:00 AM.
We have responded to all of your emails, although we did not receive any replies to our responses.

We would also kindly ask you to consider that we are a small handmade brand. Every item is made with great care, attention, and love by real people who work hard to create quality products and provide support to our customers.

Being called a “scam” is very disheartening when we have been actively communicating with you and have already processed your refund.

According to the information available to us, we have not received your return package yet.

Could you please recheck the tracking information and provide proof that the parcel has been delivered to our return address? If the tracking does not show a “Delivered” status, it means the package has not yet reached us.

We completely understand your concern, but unfortunately we cannot issue a refund for an item that has not been received back at our warehouse. As soon as the return is delivered and processed, we will of course proceed according to our return policy.

We appreciate your understanding and are happy to review any delivery confirmation you can provide.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re still unhappy with the dress. As discussed in our previous communication, the armhole concern was not raised earlier, but we understand that fit can be subjective and may vary for each customer.

All measurements and photos reflect the actual design of the dress.
The dress is made from 100% natural linen, which we have been using for over five years. This fabric is known to soften with every wash, and we have not experienced bleeding issues when washed according to the care instructions provided. In some cases, certain detergents or washing products can affect natural fibers and dyes.

We truly value feedback and always aim to resolve concerns directly with our customers.
