Amiko & Friends Arvostelua

Remember to always read the terms and conditions carefully. They advertise cheap prices but what they don't highlight is that you need a membership which you can only cancel after 12 months of commitment. On top of that, they charge you a monthly fee. In reality, those so-called "cheap" products end up costing about three times more than better-quality alternatives elsewhere :(

ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e super assistenza clienti,

My favorite brand ever. Really good quality and prices. 100% recommended.

Love my products from Amiko and Friends delivery is super fast, items are amazing prices and the range of items on there is amazing would highly recommend

Love the concept and I look forward to every new vendor and every new product launch!

Enamorada!

Splendid customer service and good value for money.

I was helped by Ebba, from customer service. After I had to return some products because they did not fit, the returned amount was not deducted from the remaining budget. Fortunately, the contact with customer service was flawless. They eventually came up with a good solution so I could order the products again in the right fit.

The only pity about Amiko & Friends is the high return costs.

I ordered 2 pairs of breeches in August. I used them for two months and I didn't wash them, furthermore I was riding only 2-3 times per week, so I didn't overuse them. Unfortunately, the silicone grip already came off.
When I contacted the seller to replace the products, I was ignored for 2 months meantime still was getting charged for membership.
After 2 months passed, I asked just to simply cancel my membership but got rejected.
Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience. The breeches did not hold up as expected, and the lack of responsiveness from the seller when I reached out for support was frustrating. It's unfortunate because I had high hopes for these products. I wouldn't recommend buying from this seller unless they improve their customer service and product quality.

I recently shopped at Amiko & Friends and was thoroughly impressed by their service. Their shipping was incredibly rapid, which was a pleasant surprise. They've also expanded their inventory to include a variety of new brands, offering a great selection that caters to different tastes. The variety of products available is truly commendable. Additionally, their returns process is straightforward and customer-friendly, which adds a layer of reassurance when making a purchase. Highly recommend Amiko & Friends for anyone looking for quality and convenience!

Absolutely LOVE the quality, fit, and price of every item we’ve received. Can’t ever have too many great breeches right!?

The pricing is unbeatable, the material is different than everything else on the market for the Pomme breeches, and the customer service response is quick. As a customer there isn't much for that I could ask for.

I am so happy with the Pomme Poppy jacket, I've also ordered the winter version😀 At these prices I just couldn't resist 🫣
And the communication with Amiko is just excellent, they can inform you accurate and quickly on your order status and stock availability.

Gave me the opportunity to buy good quality clothing and horse gear for a good price, plus the products are shipped out and have arrived in under or about a week every time!
