Tegenvaller

Unused budget should not simply disappear

Unfortunately, I’m not completely satisfied with how the website and membership system work. The system is based on purchasing a membership, with the available shopping budget depending on the amount of the membership purchased.
What I find particularly disappointing is that when you purchase a new membership, any remaining budget from your previous membership is not carried over or added to the new one — it is simply deleted.
As a result, I lost €150 of previously accumulated budget when purchasing a new membership. I find this very disappointing and feel that this should be clearly communicated to customers before they purchase a new membership. Alternatively, the remaining budget should be transferred to the new membership.
Because of this experience, I can only give 3/5.

Prices went up after I joined

Prices went up after I joined. Living in the USA, there is added VAT/tarrifs/shipping costs. Doesn’t leave much cost savings. Products from my first order are quality though.

amazed

only shop that sells decent men's riding pants, under 150 euros. silicone is great on them, grips well. Rugs survived their first winter, waterproof, and fits well.
