Dear Review Reader,

Every now and again there comes along a company that is actually worth
writing a shining review about.

I don’t know about you, but I find writing business reviews an inconvenience because what they expect me to say is they are the best thing since, “sliced bread” when they clearly have miss the mark.

Today is different.

In my opinion, American Alternative Assets sets a benchmark for quality of products, fairness, and genuine sincerely, and probably the most important aspect of all, patient transparency.

Let me explain.

Three years ago I started to panick. My Mutual Fund IRA
had lost $20,000 and was on a dreadful downhill slide. It was apparent to me that I was in deep trouble !!!

It was then that an email advertisement caught my eye about Precious Metal IRAs.

Honestly, I hadn’t a clue, so I called American Alternatve Assets, the Ma & Pa shop who had sent me the email !!!

Randy Ashbern answered that call, and I’ve been working with him ever since.

By nature, I’m somewhat of a skeptical person, and have all but called him a scoundrel.

Since Precious Metals was so new to me, I continually bombarded Randy with my misgivings.

Finally, after several patient unsuccessful attempts on his part to help me understand the pricing of my investment in his company, I finally came to understanding their stellar legitimacy.

Any lesser man would have given up on me, but not Randy !!!

Because of everything that I have learned about Precious Metal investing and because of the incredible service rendered to me, I plan on doing business with American Alternative Assets as long as I can.

When you’ve found perfection, why change ???

I had an outstanding experience with American Alternative Assets, especially working with Zack Anderson. This was my first time ever considering precious metals, and Zack took the time to explain everything in great detail with incredible patience. He never made me feel rushed or pressured and made sure I fully understood every step of the process before making any decisions.

One star. For several reasons, but my primary concern is that I have still not been paid everything I am owed. There were commission discrepancies, including transactions with missing or incorrect calculations. Management acknowledged these issues and agreed to correct them, but I have not received the promised adjustments or any additional payment since leaving the company.

This was my second order with American Alternative Assets. This order went to them because of their assistance in selecting which gold and silver assets to consider. This was a big plus. My last order placed in February of 2025 increased 196% in value over the first year. These are people I can trust.

As a novice investing in precious metals I am very impressed with the people who have spent their time and shared their expertise to enlighten me on the value of holding precious metals as a hedge against what appears to be inevitable inflation. Jacob Whitmore, Michael Christian and Michael Danian are experts in their respective specialties. They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. I highly recommend America Alternative Assets when you are thinking of investing in precious metals.

I was very stressed about invesrting in gold (It was a new experience) and they talked with me over a period of time to ease my concerns. No pressure.

This was a great experience buying gold and silver. Will Hart handled the entire transaction, and based on all the nonsense happening out there, it is the safest thing I could do to protect my hard earned cash.

The patients they displayed in answering my question made me feel they are knowledgeable and trustworthy. In these uncertain times it is imperative to have a sound stable team to find economic stability. American Alternative Assets certainly meets this requirement.

I have been blown away with the process and service that I received with AMERICAN ALTERNATIVE ASSETS. I had not been satisfied with the attention from my accounts in the stock market. I sent out several inquiries regarding some alternative assets. I was treated so well by Michael Danian and his associate. Tony Lin. They treated me like I was family and made sure they answered all my questions and held my hand thru the whole process. I have been very concerned about the stock market in relation to my retirement account, and felt I needed to do something proactive to protect my nest egg.
