Working with the members of Allegiance Gold has once again been a pleasure. They are always very attentive to my requests and they help make the process very smooth. I was in contact with several different members of their team, all of which have been very pleasant to work with, but most of my contact has been with Hanny Newlander, who has always been the most helpful and enjoyable to work with. She has never failed to return my calls and is always right on top of the entire process we are evolved with. Kudos to Hanny and her associates.

I switched to Allegiance from Hartford when I was trying to get help with my RMD. Allegiance saw that it was done correctly, and this month, they also helped me get my 1099R from Equity Trust. I had been trying with no success, but Allegiance Gold accomplished what I couldn't. I find them to be helpful and honest. They sold coins that will be collectible. They have my whole trust. I purchased from them yesterday, and my bank called today about the wire transfer. They told me they had checked out Allegiance Gold and found them very reputable, too. All the folks at Allegiance Gold are polite,and knowledgeable… and are so willing to meet your goals, be it questions you need answered,or how should I begin my first investment in precious metals. My encounter with Alex came about when I discovered that my one of my investments was gone when the person I entrusted was being investigated in a “Ponzi” scheme. Then I was put in touch with Alex, I explained to him what had happened and that I had another investment that “matured”and had to be dealt with. Alex knew what he could do to help and help he did!
