I am very grateful for my boyfriend as he’s the one who found Amber Jean and told me about the amazing wigs they offer. This is when I knew I wanted him to take me to the shop. My experience has been amazing from my first initial appointments until the end. The staff are friendly, patient, and welcoming. I felt truly understood and comfortable. I am so happy and grateful for my wig - it’s one of the best thing that happened to me, and it has boosted my confidence when I go out. Thank you so much ladies :)

This is the second wig I am having from Amber Jean, at it exceeds all my expectations! I have been having alopecia for most of my life, I have tried many wigs so far, but in non of them I have yet felt so confident. They are so gorgeous!

I adore my wig. It just arrived. The cap is so light. The real hair so much like my own. The quality can't be beat. The support and communication with Amber Jean and her staff was also very timely and professional. This experience all and all was a delight ! Both Amber and Katie are lovely. They make you feel comfortable, and it certainly helps that Amber knows what it feels like to suffer from alopecia. I have been wearing systems for over 20 years but have never had service and treatment like this before. I would highly recommend amber jean. The whole experience was a pleasant one and the smell of their products is incredible too. !

Amber and Katie are so lovely making the whole process enjoyable. I was always put off wigs due to past experiences and being paranoid that you can see the front looking fake.
What can I say I love my hair, very similar to my bio hair …. I feel like the old me ❤️
Was told at pick up any issues just let us know, after a couple of weeks I felt it was a bit loose so I contacted Amber, this was not a problem, popped back and Katie made the adjustments and also added a few extra hairs at the front so that I could change the parting
I’m so pleased now even thinking about a second one

My experience was exceptional from start to finish. Amber and Katie were warm and welcoming but also very sensitive. It is clear they are passionate about helping people achieve their perfect hair piece. The Amber Jean shop is very relaxing, a lovely environment to be in. The hair piece is perfect. Katie listened to my brief and quite frankly nailed it. My hairpiece looks exactly like my natural hair which is quite an unusual colour, I feel amazing every time I wear it. I had such a lovely experience at Amber Jean shop, the staff are so lovely & welcoming, they put you at ease straight away. Offering so many amazing options, I got to go through them all and try on lots of different wigs to work out what I wanted. Lovely experience, especially as a very vulnerable time.

Amber and Kate made an amazing team, I felt so comfortable and like they were really invested in making the best piece for me. The hair piece is spectacular, every time I wear it I get compliments on the gorgeous colouring and people are in disbelief whenever I say it's a wig and I felt so confident wearing it on my wedding day. Even now my hair is starting to grow back I'm going to keep it short and wear the wig on occasions I want to feel a bit more glam! Their expertise and skill is worth every penny.

I visited Amber Jean a few days before my first chemotherapy as I was told the treatment would make me lose my hair.

I loved every moment, Amber and Kate made me feel comfortable and I tried so many different colours and styles! I ordered a bespoke wig which came just in time for my last chemo. When I went to collect it I cried of happiness: I can now walk around with my beautiful, long, perfectly colour matched hair- you would not believe it’s a wig. I have also learnt that it’s okay to go out with very little or very short hair, it’s all about confidence.

I will buy again a head piece from Amber Jean, maybe a wig that’s completely different from my original hair!

Everyone at Amber Jean was very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a bespoke wig. The wig they made my daughter was amazing, it looks so natural you would never know that she is wearing a wig.

This is my second piece from Amber Jean. This second piece was slightly more costly, but worth every penny. The hair is beautiful. After wearing wigs for some 25 years, I can honestly say that this is by far the best! The staff at AJ have been amazing! It really is an investment piece and I hope that with love, care and attention it will be part of me for a long time to come.

The whole hair buying experience at Amber Jean Shop has been so positive. Katie dealt with me very sensitively and kindly, listened to what I wanted and ordered a bespoke piece for me.
