Ambala once used to be the go to place for your sweets but now id rank it at the bottom. Maybe it was the branch but either way I will not buy from here again.

Bought as a gift and it arrived in time and was enjoyed by my family for Eid.

I gave the sweets to my neighbour as a Eid gift so I am unable to comment on their quality, but they looked lovely and were in a lovely tin. My neighbours were very pleased.

The big box was delivered damaged and several boxes inside were also damaged

Staff were good .But rasgulla and pera wasn't soft rather it was hard and feels like it's been quite few days .It was somehow smelly . I love sweets a lot So i was so excited to try but disappointed.

Fresh sweets and timely delivery

Used collection from store but items not delivered. Store not very helpful but agreed to put order together. Very rushed with trays cling filmed not laminated to poor quality/ presentation. Will not be using this service again.

Ordered these sweets on Bank Holiday Monday chose 27th May Eid for Delivery arrived in good order

Delivered 24 hours late although I paid for pre 12 next day.
Called Head Office on 3 separate occasions and never heard back from Ambala as promised.

I ordered my Ambala sweets and got them delivered on the date I gad requested.
Only issue was that I had to wait until 3:34pm to get my delivery.

The Mithai was originally due for delivery on Friday, but due to unknown reasons it has now been delayed until Tuesday. During this heatwave, the box is likely to remain in a warehouse or DPD van for several days, which raises serious concerns about the quality and freshness of the sweets on arrival.

Under these circumstances, Ambala should either send a fresh replacement box once temperatures are safe for delivery or provide a full refund. It is unreasonable to expect customers to accept perishable food that may have been exposed to excessive heat for an extended period.
