Absolutely terrible. 1st off, the customer service is disgusting. Obviously a call centre in India, I shouldn’t have to spell out every single letter of every single word. 2nd, turns out I have a 2 Amazon accounts debiting 2 separate bank accounts. It took an hour to establish this. Both accounts registered to the same email and telephone number. What an absolute shambles. Owed about £350 for services that I have never had/used, or even knew about for that matter.

Yet again, ordered an item yesterday for "next day delivery". Received in email this morning item not being delivered today but tomorrow possibly. I contacted customer service, once you get through all the interrogation, they said I opted for 3 days delivery. Which I didn't. I have got a screenshot of the purchase and stating next day delivery. This is against trading standards. They are not providing the service which we are paying for. This is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time this has happened. They need to start getting their act together. Otherwise I think people will be using other sites. If we have to wait 2 or 3 days we might as well buy from TEMU or Shein, who promised 3 days deliveries, but usually arrive in 2. So maybe it's time to say goodbye Mr Richman Amazon.

The sheer amount of adverts is ridiculous, ten sets of them in a 40 minute show, on a service that I'm paying for is scandalous, coupled with the fact that the majority of films I actually want to watch I'll have to pay extra for to rent or buy, if they don't reduce (ideally scrap the ads for PAYING customers) will be unsubscribing and asking for a refund.

Ordered bin bags advertised as suitable for 240 lt whellie bins. Arrived ok but far too small for 240 lt bin. Advised Amazon who want to offer €10 towards the approx €30 cost of returning the item to them. Looks like I will have to raise the matter with consumer protection and take Amazon to the small claims court.

Sick and tired of the drivers throwing or abandoning the packages anywhere else but the customers door. And then when you ask for a refund the customer service is acting as if it’s your fault. Tried to file a complain and they ignored me again. Aarthi and Pooja very poor customer service

Totally disappointed. Keep increasing the ad time. 30 second to now 2 minutes every 10 minutes. All these big companies doing what we've they fell like to make money. Paid subscription with 4 minutes advertising in 14 minutes. Nit acceptable. We all need to get to gether and cancel this . How do we do it i have no idea.

After two phone calls from Amazon to say they are sorry and are dealing with my complaint about a refund of £238.58 for a computer that was returned the same day that was delivered on the 23may ,it now the 13 June and still waiting for a refund.Never again will I buy anything over £100 on Amazon.I have lost all faith in this company they also have a slow delivery system which delivers at 2100hrs this is after waiting all day for the next day service.

Nothing prime about it. They have started using Evri which means 4 days later I’m still waiting for my next day delivery.

I hate when most of the movies has no subtitles and movies included with Prime but there' adverts 3 min!! Come on guys seriously?! I only pay Prime membership because of the movies, and if I can't watch them without stupid videos interrupting my movie sorry but I'll have to cancel it. It's annoying! And come on without subtitles I'll have to put the volume up.. like a lot in order to hear the movie.

Shockingly terrible customer service, terrible services, worst of all prime took £100 from my account "UNAUTHORISED" on more than one occassion !!!! Since when does a prime membership cost £100?? Oh wait it doesnt, its the scammers behind the unauthorised payment that was taken who work for amazon customer service ! HURRENDOUS!

This is what happens when a company has such a monopoly, consistently diabolical customer service; they can continue providing what's probably the lowest rated standards I've ever seen without any need to take notice or improve because there's no repercussions. Also consistently breach consumer regs with no fear of action because regulators too intimidated to do anything and customers will find it impossible taking action since they deliberately make it impossible by obscuring contact details; I know, I've tried. Can't email them, nigh impossible to even chat with a human, instead forced to engage with a moronic bot so problems don't get resolved.

These OTP do my head in. Part of Prime is not just speed of delivery but convenience of using safe place which is very safe in my case as it's a private, secluded driveway/front door with blink motion camera. And couriers almost always great in my case but I understand why they'd not care as others have reported since amazon don't treat their staff well. Hard to demand they go above and beyond when they're so poorly remunerated, shocking when think Bezos in top 5 wealthiest in entire world.

These OTP are frustrating since you've no idea if it's required when you order, indeed you won't be told until item is out for delivery which is no use to me at all and frustrating for drivers since they can't leave safe and have to waste time trying to call you when they arrive only to have to go away and return when you're in because they can't leave without OTP in person. No rhyme nor reason for when required, not value of item because I've had single small items like electronics more easily stolen, valued at several hundred £s left safe, while today an enormous, heavy lawnmower valued at less than £100 needed an OTP. Poor driver had to carry to door only to have to take away again because I wasn't in and didn't know a OTP was needed when I ordered. I've just cancelled as I can't be bothered by the hassle and aggravation and it's the 2nd order just this week I've returned due to passcode malarkey. The 1st was also attempted delivery 4 days late with OTP needed, that was also returned and awaiting refund.

Since I can't rely on a convenient delivery service I've also cancelled Prime since it's the only reason I pay for it. It's certainly not for Prime Video, that used to be actual 'Prime' but now in addition to paying Prime membership to view video they now aggravate you with ads, if you want to watch without ads they demand another payment on top of Prime!!!! The sheer greed beggars belief, already making hand over fist. Shouldn't be allowed to call that service Prime. No other video subscription service does that.

Wouldn't mind so much if the insane wealth was shared by generously or even fairly rewarding employees and investing into improved services, helping the planet, but no, Bezos not happy being knocked down to 5th richest person on earth, greedy megalomaniac wants 1st spot again. Nevermind he could personally abolish most of the world's poverty and still be wealthy beyond means, it's disgusting and we encourage by continuing to buy from Amazon.

Personally I've cancelled Prime and started using smaller online retailers and also supporting businesses by shopping in person instead, and it's less hassle. They may claim to be saving the planet but it's a fallacy; their packaging policies alone are destroying the planet then there's the common occurrence of orders being shipped in multiple packages with often several deliveries by multiple couriers the same day!!!!

A Prime order placed earlier this week for multiple items were split into deliveries by Evri, dpd, royal mail and 2 seperate Amazon couriers, one of which required OTP and has had to be returned for a refund, that's insane! Me driving to local home and garden centre for all those items together without the shocking volume of packaging I have to deal with and dispose of on top of the insane multiple deliveries and OTP is MUCH more economical than all that nonsense.

Bezos should be ashamed of himself, I know I don't want to help this planet destroying, employee abusing, greedy excuse for a human get even richer.

I have had amazon prime for a while and recently noticed that they have been taking a payment of £8.99 on the 1st of the month and a further £8.99 on the 17th of the month. I joined the chat page last month and even though they had been taking 2 payments since Oct last yr they kindly refunded me £8.99!!!!!! I cancelled my subscription straight away but recently re subscribed because I do buy a lot from them. Guess what they took a payment on the 1st (yesterday) and say my next payment is due on the 17th WTF. Anyone else had this problem?

Delivery left outside my house, not posted through the letterbox ( and it could fit). Tried to speak to someone, and there is no one. A bit of a joke. Never ordering from them again, you can't leave stuff outside without telling the person where it is, and then say you handed it to the resident. Unless it is a different dimension or I have a twin, there's no excuse.

Time to cancel. I've used amazon prime for years, more and more items are not showing up on delivery date, not even the next day. No explanation, no notification, just a generic message when you log in to see why it hasn't turned up. The biggest selling point of prime is the delivery, depending on need I specifically filter prime delivery. Apparently they are going to do their best to deliver by 3rd of June? Ok, should have been here yesterday so im getting the delivery service you pay for without prime? Next day delivery turns into 5 days? I certainly dont need it for the movies, anything decent has to be paid for separately and is so full of ads it's become as annoying as YouTube. Seems most platforms end up ruining the very thing customers love about the service, the cash grab won't last long when nobody uses it anymore. Save your money, pay for delivery, you might actually get it on time.

I live in a house and use Amazon for loads of stuff and it’s always spot on, delivery is spot on, I recently ordered from another company which I deeply regret. I would highly recommend to anyone considering.

I have recently cancelled my renewal to Amazon Prime after 5 years. I paid for it originally because of the savings I would get on deliveries from ordering stuff from Amazon, but the bean counters have taken over the asylum and convinced one of the richest men in the world that he can only keep playing with rockets if they have increased revenue streams on their platforms which consist mainly of adverts for Fairy Liquid in every single program on their video service (which I dont buy and I object to watching 8 times every hour. They seem to be dedicated to the idea that paying as little as possible for the logistics service is acceptable, and even though you paid for 24 hour delivery, it more like 72 hours if its in this country and weeks if its not, plus random delivery service drivers who dont follow the instructions, put parcels in teh bin, dump them on the doorstep and then claim they put them ina safe place that I dont seem to own. Lies, disinformation and a rubbish customer service helpdesk in India of questionable quality... it all adds up to just a poor investment. Anything of worth has been killed by corporate finance.
Amazon as a product family should be superlative, especially at the excessive annual cost, but like any business that wants to be the best, there needs to be an awareness that if you run it on a shoestring budget, you end up with shoestring budget customers. chinese rip off products drop shipped from Ali Express and Temu, no responsibility for their poor business decisions, terrible employment practices, terrble service and forcing you to watch adverts for products you will never order to make lesss than a penny in ad revenue. Amazon is a poorly ran company owned by someone who simply doesnt care that hes ripping you off. Avoid like the plague... this ship is sinking fast.

Absolute garbage. You pay £8.99, all they do is push non prime films, force you to watch ads and interrupt when you're watching something, then expect you to pay another £2.99 to go ad free. I wouldn't mind but the layout is awful, and the pic quality is nowhere near as good as netflix or sky. Even my firestick is better. Nope, I wont be using after my 30day trial ends.

Got rid of my Amazon prime. Was sick of them ignoring the delivery notes. Packages left outside when clearly stated do not leave outside, hand to resident. And as for the TV and films. You have to pay for films that are over 60 years old. That is ridiculous and a rip off.

Amazon prime is certainly worth it, if you regularly buy through Amazon, regarding postage.
Prime video is not! Many series need a further subscription, buffering and video stopping several times, is just annoying, to the point where I don't use it anymore.
