Amazing from sales to delivery!

We are so happy with the service from sales to delivery. Khadija has been great to work with, very helpful with a quick response time. Also, the delivery drivers were on time and really helpful, and the plants we absolutely beautiful.
We will definitely be using your company again 😊

Please be careful with this buisness

I ordered a large expensive corporate wall of fresh flowers with this company. The wall came only with faux flowers and many were old not new stock. We complained and it has taken months for them to reply and they basically told us to go away in so many words.

Please be careful with this business, get what you order in writing as they promised the world and delivered us a very under par product considering the price.

Please note their flower walls are not fresh flowers even though that's how they talk about them during the sales period.

If they had found the courtesy to not make us wait months for a reply I would not have posted this but their customer care is as bad as their flower quality.

Beautiful gifts

I ordered pink roses in a black top hat on two occasions as birthday gifts for my daughter and daughter in law. On both occasions Amarante were very helpful. The gifts were delivered on time in beautiful condition. Both recipients were delighted with the flowers and lovely perfume from the roses.
I had a similar gift delivered to me for my birthday in
May which is still in excellent condition.

5/5 Would order again

My GF was massively pleased with receiving these. I'd forgotten that my selected date was a bank holiday so Armante worked with me by suggesting the weekend before and they arrived precisely when they said they would. 5/5. My GF can not admire these for a long time.

The best smelling roses I have ever…

The best smelling roses I have ever seen and felt however was extremely let down by the condition of the packing and the box it arrived with.

They company stated that they do not do refunds which is very disappointing and poor customer service and support as you are paying high prices for these ever lasting flowers.
