I ordered online from abroad. The process was easy and the gift was delivered the next day, beautifully presented. My daughter was thrilled - a lovely gift for her 21st birthday!

Very nice flowers, beautiful packaging. Down side is that there was no option for a message which is ridiculous considering the prices. Also, same day delivery is £40 which is insane.

it was good. Item was great, my wife does like it, I have ordered your set of flowers before., but I paid for delivery on monday, the date of anniversary, and the item didn't arrive for two days later. the option was on website, when queried with customer service, they advised it was due it being a bank holiday, but shouldn't have been given option,

Fantastic service. Remembered a birthday in the afternoon and was struggling to find same-day delivery in London. Whatsapp q&a was very responsive, and the follow up and status updates was amazing. Would definitely use again!

Quick turnaround, great flexibility and high quality work. The only glitch was thr slightly delayed delivery, but this was at least partly down to the unusually high traffic on the day preceding the Coronation.

The fact they do same day delivery is a game changer that helped me alot

Great service fast delivery will use again

I was assured my delivery as I had selected a specific date, upon dpd sending me delivery status I noticed was for day after, I contacted Amarante whom guaranteed me that they have spoken to the manger & there would be no issue. After paying £200 & being assured as the whole point was to be delivered on the birthday I was very disappointed. Having over looked their negative comments as appreciate issues but not when it is before time and being told I have no concerns. Thou the quality of the product is yet to be reviewed as awaiting for delivery, I really suggest if specific date is a priority do not rely upon Amarante. I will further the review once received and what Amarante do in accordance with not upholding their policy. I could have ordered from America from Million Roses & had a better service as they were on hand with wats app. Again really disappointed, whole point was to mark occasion & this should be non negotiable esp when confirmed days prior.

Very pleased with the flowers and the reception was delighted to own them.

My friend was thrilled with her gift, I will definitely buy again!
