I think they're BIG BIG Scammers! Save your money. Stay away. The jewellery does NOT match the pictures, very poor quality. Its shipped from China. Took a long time to arrive. The three items that I ordered were shoved together in a very low quality, no name box. I found it useless talking to this company. I contacted my bank with all the evidence and they helped.
Edit to add: No, the matter was NOT resolved between us. Such rude customer service. If you're in my shoes, a complain to the bank or PayPal etc would be effective. I highly recommend bank and PayPal to get the money back. I wish I could upload pictures of jewellery. It's extremely low quality flimsy plastic. Not one piece matches the pictures.

I find this very upsetting to say. We have tens of thousands of satisfied customers, and it could be something you don't like, or something could go wrong. To then say we're scammers is ridiculous.
Your package was delivered, you could return it for free, and there's absolutely nothing wrong. Your bank contact was also pointless because we've already resolved this between us.

I purchased Vintage Blue Stone Pearl Earrings in Sep 2025 for the event in November. They arrived very quickly. They looked different from the photos, more like something that my 13-y.o. daughter would do at school. In 3 weeks (kept in the box) they changed the colour. All silver-colour parts became yellow. I contacted customer service and asked for a 30-day money back offer. They responded that they can only return 40% of the price I paid as it was purchased on offer or I can return the item to China; upon verification of the return to China, they can process my full refund. I asked for an address and contacts for verification and they sent me a street address without any contact details. Return address is:

This company is a variation of many companies advertising jewellery on Facebook with the name Oliver eg Austen and Oliver.
They often say "we are so sad that we have to close our business" etc
The company is a complete Scam.
Although they might send a product you think you see, the actual product is VERY poor quality, often the incorrect size and generally unacceptable.
Trying to obtain a refund is hideously difficult.
Despite the fact that their return address is in NSW they will not allow the return unless you send back to China at your own expense.
They offer pathetic "partial" refunds of 5 - 25% or replacement "for a small fee".
BEWARE. THIS IS A TOTALLY UNREPUTABLE COMPANY.

Amanda &Oliver Jewellery is not hand made, nor is it fine and dainty jewellery that you see on the website. I placed an order and received jewellery that looks similar to the pictures on the online store, however this jewellery is cheap, is made in large batches and is only to be considered as costume jewellery.
I totally got sucked into the story of mum and daughter making exquisite jewellery together, however it is not that. At all.
It’s is wearable, but do not get your hopes up. I must admit I feel very ripped off even having bought in an ‘closing down sale’ and would not recommend this company to anyone I know, mainly because no one I know is looking for cheap knock off crap.
Although shipping was very quick.
As soon as I opened up the package, I just knew that this was not what I had been hoping for.

Wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased. Company stated 30 day money back guarantee. Said purchase stated half price closing sale. Earrings quality was absolute rubbish and I paid $44.95.
Got a message that to return to Asia with tracked shipping will be at my cost of between $30 and $50. Feeling like I have been scammed. If it cost that much to post them to my location then Earrings much be valued at nothing. I paid $44.95 with free shipping.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I purchased three earrings that are cheap plastic and poorly made - not reflective of the images online at all. Very disappointed as they were intended as Xmas gifts.
To avoid the “we can’t find you in the system” my order is 3113 and the order was made on 2 November 2025.
