As of yet, I’m very annoyed. I bought 3 products a month ago and just 2 of them arrived. That’s fine… but I’ve contacted customer service almost a week ago and have been ignored so far. Please correct this and I’ll change this review.

Unfortunately I didn't visit this site before I ordered and sadly it looks like what everyone is saying is true. Despite their very nice insta, it seems Altur is basically a fake brand. I ordered three items about three weeks ago. Two have so far arrived, separately from each other, in budget packaging and looking very cheap and cheerful. The third has not yet showed up, but may arrive in a week or so. Not the experience I was hoping for.

I ordered an item over a month ago and the tracking still says it’s in China (they cover up that’s it’s coming from there when you place the order). I’ve sent three messages over the last week to customer service and have had no response. They either don’t monitor their email or this is a scam.

Cheap chinese Sexshop material. SCAM. only positive thing, we had a good laught trying to wear it :)

Altur's produkter er vildt lækre og i en højkvalitet, leveringen kan dig tage et par uger men alle mine ordre er altid kommet

After reading all the reviews I guess I was just lucky one .. I ordered 2 things from altur.co and both of them arrived (2 separate orders) (Ireland). I waited about two weeks for delivery. Quality of fabrics and materials used is first class. Items I purchased looks better in real than on pictures. Very happy with purchase and in my opinion it’s worth risking but the choice is yours

I made a purchase 1 year ago and I never got my order complete, lousy page 🤮🤮🤮

Bon quand j'ai lu tous les avis (évidemment après avoir passé commande) j'avais très peur de ne jamais recevoir mes articles. Mais ils sont finalement arrivés en deux semaines donc j'étais plutôt contente. En revanche pour ce qui est de la qualité, je ne suis pas super convaincu, c'est très cheap et l'odeur chimique qui se dégage des produits au début est assez gênante. C'est sympa mais je déconseille cette marque, plein d'autres font de biens meilleurs articles.

Never arrived. Since 13 Months I try to get my money back or simply get what I ordered...nothing!

Je n’ai reçu que un des deux articles commandés! Je les ai contacté par e-mail 3 fois et je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse après 8 mois. Je n’ai jamais été remboursée. Je ne conseille pas de commander chez eux.

Le service client est nul ! Depuis le mois de mars j’attends mon colis... je les contacte, ils m’ont répondu 2 fois... depuis silence radio.

I placed an order, never received confirmation or my items! I have been trying to get my money back for SO LONG. I'm not in a good place financially right now and I really need every dollar. They scammed me and now whenever I try to contact them they ignore me. I even submitted tickets at their request and they ignore those. I've been patient for so long but they do not care!

J'ai passée une commande, ne n'ai jamais recu mon article. J'ai rempli 4 fois en 1 an leurs formulaire en cas de problème avec leur commande et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. A chaque fois que j'ai envoyé un mail, ils m'ont demander de remplir le formulaire. Cela fait maintenant presque 1 an et toujours aucune nouvelles. Je ne recomande pas du tout.

Ordered something 5 months ago and received an order confirmation right away, but never received a shipping update or an answer to my complaint mail asking for a refund or update...

Don't expect to receive my money or any product at this point.
