SAM THANK YOU!! Awsome pblm solving. Went above and beyond to find a brand a flavor that hard to keep in stock. So that I received what we wanted, then and in future!! anyway thanks again sam

The customer service, especially Sam, was excellent. Had a few issues with my order and Sam went above and beyond to get everything straightened out. He was helpful, friendly and professional. I will never order from any company besides Alternative Pods. They're fantastic.

I’ve placed about 4 orders with this website and have always had unbelievable customer service. I always receive a response from Sam, who is great with fixing any issues and answering any questions. It’s hard to come across a website like this that is trustworthy. And my order is usually always shipped the next day,. Thank you for being so good, you have a lifetime customer : )

Hello. I would like to compliment Sam for the tremendous customer service care he showed me. I had an issue with one of my devices and he went above and beyond. This isn't the first time I have had an issue and everytime your company has has given me excellent service. Thank you for all you do. Give Sam a raise! He deserves it! 😁

The Best Vape store online. Great prices, great customer service and great products.

Got exactly what I wanted and it took about a week to receive. Love the product and prices. Definitely will order from here again 😀

Very helpful customer service reps! Never lets you down. Been ordering through them for years. Great selection of products! Always recommended.

Excellent customer service! Sam was amazing at helping to resolve the problem quickly!

This is the best company I have ever ordered from for my vapes. I recently made an order and received a non-working vape. They were very quick and prompt with their response. Very pleased. I love the vapes and they always last and work well. This was my first time receiving a vape that did not work.

I ordered 4 vapes from alternative pods. Somehow they all did not work. Which was weird cause I have ordered with this buisness before and never had an issue. I contacted them through email and they made things right. They promptly resolved the issue. Crediting back the money and replacing the vapes. I was very impressed. I will order from here again

Not only do they have the lowest prices online but thier customer service is the best I’ve ever come accross they really care about their customers and take good care of them 100% order from AlternativePods

To be very honest I thought I was getting scammed at first. My purchase status stated my package was to be delivered on a specific date and then the next day status changed that UPS did not recieve the package. I was nervous and reached out to Sam and he said that he would make things right, I was still hesitant and gave him a few days, in which he figured out the issue and rushed my order to me. He promised and delivered! I respect a company that can own up to a mistake and fix it. I'm very pleased I've purchased a few times with them and will keep ordering from them. It's hard to find an honest company.Alternative Pods is a trusted company! Thank you again!!

These guys are fast with shipping and very reliable. I have been ordering from them for years. I and an issue with one vape that was sent and they were quick to take care of me and very friendly. Highly recommend them.

I have really enjoyed ordering from Alternative Pods. They have a great selection of items along with easy availability to call or email. They responded to my email the very next day (I emailed laste in the day) and gave my the information I was looking for.

I made my first purchase and I tried a vape brand I never tried. I had to say they were the worst vapes I ever had. I did an online chat about the return policy. Not only did I get a credit for the vapes they sent me a replacement vape with a brand and flavor I like. Great customer service! I will be a forever customer.

I've been a long time customer and have referred several friends & acquaintances to this online shop. They seriously have the most wonderful customer service reps, ever. Top quality products, super fast & reliable shipping, and the rewards are nice too. I had my first real screw up with a particular product. I understand accidents happen and mixups are to be expected once in a while. I figured the product I ordered 3 times back to back must've been in the wrong location in the warehouse or whatever. Sure enough, that was exactly the issue. They contacted me on the 3rd order just to check in. We sorted it all out. They not only made it right, they sent me bonus products to make up for the mixup. I told them how thoughtful that was & how I appreciated it. I will always continue to support these guys. Best. Shop. Ever. 100% recommend!

Let me start with this company has the best products, excellent customer service with a quick response time.
I have been buying from Alternative pods for years and I have never been disappointed. I recently received a purchase that wasn't working. I sent a email and BOOM they responded instantly with an apology and they would promptly send a replacement. Along with my replacement I was given extra pods and a new product to try out FREE! Being a great customer does pay off. Thank you Alternative pods.

Great vape company. Had an issue and they resolved it immediately. Fast ship and competitive prices. Will use again for my vape needs

I have tried most every online vape store for mods, juice, coils and other vaping accessories. For the past 2 years, I have been exclusively using disposables, 0% nicotine free. 0% nicotine/zero nic salt is extremely difficult to find. I was constantly disappointed, swindled or received 0% service or responsiveness from competitors. Most sites look like "fly by night" companies, and are exactly that!
EXCEPT! Alternative Pods! Sam and his company have ALWAYS been quick, responsive, and trackable. Their website accurately reflects what is in stock, and they are willing to find different brands to accommodate their customers needs. Pricing is often much lower than competitors, and shipping is FAST! If there is ever a problem with a product, Sam and Alternative Pods stand behind their merchandise (even when manufacturers won't). Give them a try.
Alternative Pods is the best of all of them, hands down!

Sam was amazing! We got a defective device and I messaged customer service and got a response super quick. Sent in a few pictures and was issued a refund. Thank you so much.
